I purchased a Pacto jersey that was too tight. I corresponded with 21 Stages within hours, Dan assisted me. He was diligent with attempting to find a proper fitting jersey. We settled on a Givelo G.90 2XL. The customer service is second to none; outstanding and awesome. Now- the quality of the jersey is 5 stars. I have been cycling for over 40 years; one of the finest quality products I have owed. Thanks for the customer service and the superior jersey.

2 Givelo Orders placed and Product is amazing. Shipments are direct from Manufacturer in Columbia and Canadian Border Services have opened both packages, re-sealed (not so well) but product made it to me quickly and intact. Will be buying more often

I had a pleasant experience with my purchase of Favero Assioma power meter pedals from 21Stages Cycling. Customer service/communication was excellent. Item shipped when stated it would be to the USA. Price was lower than anywhere else I saw product. It was a pleasure doing business with this small business in Canada. Thanks Dan!

I ordered 2 cycling jerseys. Both fit great, but the colors on one of them didn't look much like what I saw on the website. Customer service was quick to respond to my exchange request and provided me with a return shipping label free of charge. Mind you this is an international shipment because I'm in the USA and 21 Stages is in Canada. From what I can tell thus far, the product they sell is top quality, and their customer service is aces.

Thanks 21 Stages Cycling, my cargo bib was torn after a road crush and got in touch with Dan and he immediately responded to my email during the weekend for a crush replacement. I’d def recommend their cycling products not just because their customer care but also their premium products.
