I was awaiting for doctor prescription ,she understood it’s taking long time hence she got appointment from nearby clinic to get prescription which ensured fasten up the process.She was very vigilant and took ownership of the situation. DON'T COME HERE IF YOU NEED AN ENGLISH REPORT. This is my first time getting a private MRI in Montreal, I have been to Buffalo a few years ago. I live in Toronto. Let's just say that I struggled to receive my report in English after it was CLEARLY indicated in my family doctor's requisition that we needed the results in ENGLISH. I repeatedly told the front desk receptionist and the MRI technician at the Laennec clinic and they assured me it would be sent in English. Well, after Thanksgiving, and 3 business later, I received a report via email in FRENCH. I was mad and I replied back asking for an English report. THere is NO PHONE NUMBER for the Laennec clinic directly. Nobody replied to my email so I called the Imagix reservation number requesting an English report and the agent said she will let the clinic know. Two days passed, neither myself nor my family doctor received anything. So I called the reservation line again early in the morning at the airport as I was heading on a business trip. Again, another agent said he will ask the clinic. Finally, after another 48 hours went by, I called the clinic, and this time an agent said she will email it to me. What a joke, I also sent the English report to my Family Doctor myself. I went through so much stress. It took like 2 weeks to get my report after the test was done. Really bad service, thankfully, I wasn't in a life or death matter. In Buffalo, I had VIP service, it was a beautiful bright, big waiting area with coffee chocolates and cookies, the staff was welcoming and warm. The entire clinic looked like a sp with beautiful change rooms.. Let's just say Imagix was old and the service was ok. Even the headphones during the MIR were of poor quality, I could hear the loud said despite asking for the volume for the music to increase (they were at the max) and there was no proper introduction on how all this was work out. Good thing I had an intro in Buffalo. I would recommend the clinic I went to in Buffalo, don't go to Montréal. I guess you really don't need business from other provinces and you don't care about other people's health. Quelle mauvaise expérience, les québécois sont nuls en anglais comme d'habitude et au niveau du service à la clientèle. Imagix s'en fiche de votre santé.

Posted opening hours online did not match in-person hours and we drove here to realize they were closed on Saturday. Unreliable schedule = lack of professionalism.
