I'd give this company no stars.!!!! Horrible to deal with!! Only answered our initial emails and then when we wanted to actually place the order .... Crickets. Doesn't answer emails or phone calls. Very strange and very, very poor business ethics!We googled further businesses and had fantastic customer service from Union Salon Furnishings and within 24 hours, our order has been placed and shipped!!

Amazing price and very good quality on the furniture. I was browsing many website and found there prices very competitive so I gave them a try. Products arrived as described. Will definitely recommend.

My business (Ganvas Beauty) had a TERRIBLE experience with Salon Furniture Depot.1) They did not come on the day they had arranged to come and they did not update me about it until I followed up with them.2) Some of the items were worn out when I received them and I messaged to tell them right away ( on August 21, 2020), they said they would come whenever they were in town again (TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE).... it is now Oct 17th (2 months later) and no updates, follows ups, discounts or item replacements. Infact they just stopped answering my emailsI WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.I have attached email communications for your reference lol. Do yourself a favour and find another company that is reliable.See attached for some of the communications between me and one of their employees Vinny.. also pictures of the brand new items" at the time I received them"

Please do not purchase furniture for your business from this store. They are horrible to work with.I purchased over $2000 of furniture in November of 2022 and one of the chairs has fallen apart after being lightly used for less than four months. I politely reached out to the owner since the store phone number is connected to his personal phone, and he’s been reading my iMessages blatantly ignoring me. I am extremely frustrated as the piece was literally welded brass and has completely broken off - not an easy fix.Buyers beware they do not have good customer service and overcharge for poor quality furniture.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MERCHANT! This merchant does not even deserve 1 star, but it was the lowest available. They delivered a Tattoo Bed Hydraulic Black Table" that was in a box and not assembled. They said they would send someone to assemble it and never did after numerous calls and messages. In addition

We are very disappointed by the zero communication from Salon Furniture Depot. We've placed our order online several times over the past weeks, contacted them via online form and left a couple of voice mails too... Unfortunately, they don't seem to be interested in our order or business, as they never responded.

Horrible company to deal with! Have no standard of customer service!I committed to a salon bed with this company back in May 2021. At the time I was told the bed is on order and will be here for sept/October 2021.We committed to a price and also gave our credit card number for insurance so they knew we were making the purchase.From then to now we did inquire about the chair in another color which we were told would come in October 2021.Here we are now.1- no one contacted us to follow up on the chair order status. Whether it arrived or if there were any delays.2- no one contacted us to let us know the chair we ordered in the alternate color was not being ordered due to shipping charges3- no one contacted us to say the original color wasn’t also ordered. What’s really disappointing is that we did contact them end of June to inquire about the other color. They should’ve told us then that the salon bed wasn’t being ordered period!4 - so now after waiting 5 months I followed up with the company - which was also a pain as they don’t answer their phones. The email address on the initial order number bounces back. Thankfully the inquiry page message was delivered. I’ve been told now that the original chair we ordered hasn’t even ordered as the shipping costs from Asia have increased.5 - instead of the chair I ordered. They’ll give me another model that is lower as it’s manual for $500 more. They won’t honor the price we agreed on. How is this good customer service?Had this place been honest about their orders and shipments from day 1. I wouldn’t be this position. Now I’m cornered - pay more for a chair that’s less superior.My experience with this company has been horrible! I’m shocked they won’t honour the original price of the chair when that chair was entirely automatic whereas this new chair they are offering is manual.I recommend you don’t waste 5 months like I did and proceed with another company that’ll be honest!
