The lady taking our order through the drive through was great! Had a good time making coffee jokes and connecting. Thanks for our java fix after camping all weekend!

Very slow service inside. We have used drive thru several times never a problem. Today we had our RV so had to go into. About 20 people inside lined up waiting over half hour for drinks while drive thru moved quickly.

Stopped in here for a iced caramel macchiato today. The person at the counter was very kind and i had a nice experience. However, there is grinds in my coffee! It’s too late for me to turn around now but i’m quite sad about this. Please remember to clean out the coffee filters and bins before brewing so that this doesn’t happen.

Sorry you are getting this review because really it’s all Starbucks but your store was the latest. I am tired of ordering a venti latte and they come with the top two inches foam. I would appreciate Starbucks more if they filled the cup, you can still find the occasional store who gives an adequate cup. I am tired of paying almost $6 and getting a cup 3/4 full. It might be time to try a different coffee shop.Friendly staff at this location.

Usually when you go into Starbucks and order a drip coffee, they just pour it and send you on your way. But here, they slot you into the queue behind everyone ordering drinks with extended prep time so you get to wait 10 minutes for them to fill a cup. It makes no sense.

Yes it’s a chain. Aside from that the people at this Starbucks are great! They are more then willing to have a chat if they are not super busy. It also opens up super early. Like maybe 5 or 6 am. So you can spring out of bed get your coffee and hit the road.

Standard Starbucks with consistent Starbucks quality. No complaints for the green tea matcha latte. Only wished they opened longer and didn't close at 2pm.

My wife's cappuccino didn't seem to have any espresso in it. Go to Rooftop or Freshie, or Big Bang if you want good coffee in Fernie.
