Fabulous experience! Turkey melt and ham and cheese were fresh and tasty! Drive thru’ very fast. The person at the window was polite and friendly. The person delivering our food, and so quickly, was delightful! Will stop by again when in this neck of the woods. Thanks!

I find this location getting frustrating. Some days I go, usually the morning and the service is good, the food is good and my order correct. However, if I go outside of the morning, they get my order wrong far mor often than not and rush me through it.

This location has training and staffing issues. They completed the order correctly on this visit. If truck parking wasn't as convenient as it is would likely skip this location.

The drive thru is so slow, there were only 5 cars in front of me and it took over 10 mins and they didn't even give a sleeve for my hot tea. They show no care, this isn't the first bad experience I've had here. The best Tims in Woodstock is on Devonshire st or Norwich ave, this one should take notes.

Leave thus location every morning at 5am swearing I'll never come back. By far worst Tim's in Woodstock. 15 min drive thru with 3 or 4 cars everytime. Older lady running drive thru window seemed to be the only one working with a purpose..
