Order a poutine with donair meat and wings got fries with gravy and donair meat (no cheese curds). And my wing over cooked and little to no seasoning (ordered salt and pepper, and lemon pepper). When I called to make them aware of the mistake they decided to tell me that I was lieing about there not being any cheese and went as far to say that they put extra cheese curds in the poutine. I wouldn’t recommend dealing with them, it’s unfortunate that we live in such a small town with so few options.

I ordered pizza for delivery ahead of time at 9 am for 5:45 pm. Here we are at 6:20 and still no pizza! No discounts offered, and no estimated time was given when we called.Update: They have reached out to me and apologized as well as offered compensation.

Had recently ordered pick up from this establishment, of course Friday night busy but they seemed to have only one guy working everything. Our order ending up missing 2 Donairs, waited 30 minutes for them to make the donairs but at that point I had given up on the donairs and left.I called the establishment when I got home but got hung up on twice and the last time I called they just answered it and put the phone on the counter. Will not be going there anymore

Possibly the stingiest, tightest place Ive been.. i order only meat because of dietary conditions.. and they gave barely enough to cover the bottom of a 3 inch square box.. an ounce at the most.I challenged this and said if i dont have bread, salad and the trimmings, you are ok with charging me full price for an ounce of meat..The reply..” thats what the till saysMost places would put a little extra meat in to compensate a little.. to offer value..Will not visit again.. thats poor in my opinion$11… for one ounce of meat.. nice job

We ordered pizza for our first timehere. I sent my Fiance to pick it up, he gothome and 1 realized they didn't give him our2L. I called and had to pick up the next daywhich was fine, however that wasn't theissue. The pizza dough was, it was stillraw!!Very stingy on the meat toppings too i thinki had 5 peices of beef on my large pizza...didn't feel like calling back and complainingTwice but I'm hoping they can see this andfix the raw dough issue as we did spend$50 for alot of it to be thrown out. Iunfortunately will not be ordering pizzafrom here again and will not berecommending to anyone.

Big rave to Busters Wainwright for awesome service! I arrived to pick up my order, and the person working said that it had gotten cold, and that he’d like to remake it. I said I wasn’t worried about it, but he insisted that if I could wait 5 to 7 minutes, it would be fresh and much better tasting. Less than 7 minutes later he came out with piping hot food, & even included more than what we initially ordered! Our food was fantastic, made all the better by the excellent experience. Thank you!

Stopped in on July 1st. Food was horrible. The Donair meat came out of a bucket from the fridge and was served cold. The two Diet Pepsi's we were given were expired. Extremely disappointing. The fella on staff that day was very nice and handled my anger pretty well. However, we will never darken the door way again and I suggest you don't waste your $$$ there either.
