Dollarama

It's a complete store I would say. You name it, you get it. There are all kinds of snack items, toiletries, party props, basic kitchen items, bath items, variety of chocolates, jellies for kids, stationary items, games and toys. All these are available at a very reasonable prices which is affordable and serves the need of the time.

Don’t shop here if you value your dignity as a human. My son shops in this store every day - since he lives down the street, works 2 blocks away and is a member of the gym next door. Last weekend they asked him to leave and humiliated him and said they were calling the police with no accusations or proof of any wrongdoing (which they dont have since we have his purchasing receipts) and said they don’t like his “shopping habits”. When I attended to speak with a manager nobody would come to the front of the store for 30 minutes. Everyone working was a COWARD. Nobody steeped forward to be responsible. After waiting at the staff room door I was told there is no manager and there was a refusal to identify the person involved. Meanwhile I came to find out the coward I was talking to was the actual person who did it. So far all we have had is a lame auto email in response to our complaint. We will be going to the human rights tribunal.This store has a lack of basic decency and respect. The staff is untrained and cowardly. Deserving of zero stars. Denial of service is an infringement of fundamental human rights pursuant to the human rights code.

If you are in Canada, you certainly know what a Dollarama is. I have visited two three branches, but this one on Hurontario road has a good range of SKUs/Products and overall store layout and Planogramming looks neat. Have never seen stocking issues with empty shelves. I assume they don't do Planogram from the back office but this store does look good to me. Always have got whatever we went to buy.No issues encountered with staff till now, as we have always used self checkout.

Come to Dollarama for all our snacks. They carry a lot nik naks for the home. Store is nicely clean and organized, staff is friendly and always helpful.

Our all time go to place, has good and affordable items

They need to update their closing time online. It says until 10pm. Reached there at 9.10pm, but sadly it was and staff from inside waving to me that it was already closed at 9pm!!! Even the location is wrongly set to the google map. They just need keep their system up to date. Really disappointed.

Dollarama - it is a typical dollar that you can pick up any good stuff within couples or more dollars. The merchandise in this store is displayed very clearly in sections. I went there in a weekday afternoon and there are not very many customers. The store is very large, beside all the goodies that you can find, you can also find home improvement material and tools, kitchen, bathroom, garden ware , as well as stationery.Staff are helpful.

Floor staff directed me to stuff I was looking for. They were courteous and friendly. I hated the self check out.

This dollarstore has a wide range of stuff available and is well stocked at all times.Love the self checkout option recently installed as well.

Absolutely not acceptable. NO PUBLIC WASHROOM in a store this size. All sorts of customers come with different health issues and you don't provide a bathroom . How disappointing.
