CSN McCurdy

I had my car repaired after being rear-ended. The hatch door had a dent removed and some plastic trim replaced. My experience at CSN was very good. I dropped in and they quickly performed an assessment and gave me a date for the work. Several weeks later, after the parts came in, the work occurred on the date they gave. They looked after arranging the car rental and had a shuttle car take me to the car rental. When the body work was done 2 days later I returned the rental to CSN and CSN looked after the rental return. My car was cleaned inside and out, and the check-out process was crazy fast, as all the paper work was pre-printed waiting for my signature. Corrie went over all the repair work with me. Couldn't be happier.

Had both doors painted as well as drivers lock and handle replaced under an issuance claim because of a vehicle break in attempt. Very pleased with results. Great communication and was ready when promised. They even cleaned the interior for me! I highly recommend them and will definitely come back for any future repairs.

The staff at CSN McCurdy are phenomenal. They go above and beyond with their extraordinary customer service. The craftsmanship in their repairs is amazing as well. Your automobile comes out better than new. CSN McCurdy should be your first choice when it comes to repairs. Other shops nearby aren't on the same level as these gals and guys.

I brought my vehicle in to CSN McCurdy after a collision. All of the staff were amazing to deal with! After the initial estimate they handled everything. The actual work on my car took lest than a week and they provided a courtesy car for me while my car was being repaired. I was really happy with my experience and would definitely recommend them!

Had to get a new bumper ect after getting rear-ended. Used CSN for insurance. Great service and quality.Edit. June 2023. Had an issue with my repair. Went back to csn and they were super apologetic and had me in and out the next day. Shows their quality and workmanship. Would recommend.

I took my 2009 Acura TL to CSN McCurdy in Kelowna to fix damage to the front right quarter and the front bumper. The wait time after the initial assessment was reasonable considering they had to find parts for the discontinued bumper. The actual work took less than a week and was done with excellent workmanship. My car looks like new!! I’m very happy with my experience at CSN McCurdy Kelowna.
