Where do I begin???? I know Sue and Shelby well and they have changed my life!I have worked with Sue for years now and have grown so much with her help.  I began working with her when I was in a romantic relationship that I was scared to leave.  I really cared about that person, but parts of it were working and parts of it weren't and I didn't believe that I could have a relationship that was a better fit. She asked me questions which made me realize I did want to leave that relationship. And about six months later I found myself in a new relationship which feels like I have that piece of the puzzle which was missing.She guided me through other hard times, I was without a job and she guided me apply for unemployment, and take it day by day, and to believe that I could work the jobs that I wanted to work. She has also helped me so much in working through my roadblocks, negative thoughts and beliefs that were holding me back, steered me away from the 'shoulds' and 'have tos' into the WANT tos. She has helped me to find new ways of thinking that get me excited to be me! I always leave our sessions feeling excited to approach life and more clear about what is important and what my path is. She got me in touch with what I value and honoring that, and she has some really helpful and fun tools with which to acheive goals, and to give yourself the advice you've been wanting to hear when you're off on your own.I also know her daughter Shelby! You can tell she is the daughter of a life coach because she is wise beyond her years. One of the things I love about Shelby is her absolute fearlessness to dive into anything new or challenging - it's contagious!  She will hold you accountable to pursuing what you really desire. She is so in touch with her true desires and never seems to let any negative beliefs stop her, so it comes naturally for her to guide others to do the same:)
