Got a quote from my dealership for thousands of dollars and someone told me to try BCAA.. happy I did because I saved a few thousand dollars. Car is perfect again!! Recommend coming here for sure. Thanks for your help!

BCAA provided a Christmas miracle! My family and I drove to Kelowna for the Holiday break from California. We arrived on December 18th and the weather turned COLD! Our weak and feeble California windshield washer fluid was frozen solid and we needed help to ensure that we could operate our vehicle safely. I went to multiple car dealerships and I was turned away and told that they could not help me [see: No room at the Inn]. When I came to BCAA, Cole Murdock and his team suggested that I leave my vehicle in one of their bays overnight to let it thaw out. When I returned the next day, they had already emptied the fluid and filled it with the good stuff that is rated for -40 and below. When I went to pay for my service they told me it was their treat and that I should enjoy my Canadian holiday in Kelowna. What a great experience! When a leader like Cole trains his team to do go above-and-beyond, then the results can be transformational. I'm so thankful to this group of people for helping us in our team of need.

THIS IS THE BEST SERVICE SHOP!!!! I had to tow my vehicle in which they discounted off my service bill. Friendly, professional and reliable.

First time there. My initial impressions are very positive. I felt I was well informed by Joe, who took extra time at the end of his shift to take a car ride so that I could show him what I was concerned with. In the end I got what I needed for what seems like a fair price.My only suggestions:1) improve accessibility to the shop by phone - it appears that these folks are quite busy making it more difficult for them to get to all the calls right away.2)This is the only location in Kelowna, which is likely why they're so busy. I'd suggest the possibility of a second location in West Kelowna to better serve their customers.I'll go back.

Had my car inspection taken care of here. Travis (Assistant Manager) and Rob (technician) were absolutely top notch. Extremely efficient, and very patient and happy to answer any questions I had, whether it was before coming in, or when I was there. Would strongly recommend!

BCAA did two of our out of province inspections. They were great about giving us a heads up about a few obvious items to take care of before dropping the second one off a week after the first so that we weren’t having more trips than necessary. They were quick, accommodating and professional. Would definitely use again!

This place is great! Cole and Joe got my wife's vehicle in super quick once my wife noticed her brakes making noise. The communication as to what was going on was excellent, and they got things done on the same day. They even squeezed in an oil change for me to save me from coming back. I recommend BCAA Auto Service Centre 110%

Quick service that isn't pushy, which is super nice. Great waiting area with coffee and hot chocolate and comfortable seating

What a fantastic location! I dealt with this team here when I failed to fix my brakes on my own. The tow was quick, communication was great, but the SERVICE at this shop was spectacular, and I’ve had bad luck at lots of mechanic shops in Kelowna. I was in a very tight spot and the people here really showed up and made my holidays. They did me a HUGE favor, I would highly recommend!
