Chang Ross E Dr

Very slow. Appointment was 1030, but when i saw dr chang it was 1130 already. Did allergy test but dr chang was gone for more than half and hour. I had been waiting in the room forever and not sure if the test was still valid. (test result was available after 10 minz)

I am writing this on behalf of my partner who last year started developing skin reactions and breathing discomfort after eating food. He was referred here and after months of waiting to confirm an appt he finally got one. Did the allergy test being poked with needles, got the paper with the results. Was told to follow this. We started elimination diet. It was questionable then because many of the foods listed high he didn't have reactions to at all. We questioned if the doctor correctly noted each needle spot. But we followed it anyway and started to replace his diet. After half a year of the new diet, there was no real change. We started thinking it was time to get a 2nd opinion and it's a good thing we did. 2nd opinion threw out this allergy report, said it is not accurate as when you get injected of course you will score high. All he had was a case of ibs and eczema reaction.Tldr- before you spend THOUSANDS of dollars replacing your food during this inflation time (gluten free is expensive!) Please do yourself a favor and get a 2nd opinion early on.

Dr. Chang is an amazing doctor. My father had severe allergies and had seen a number of doctors, but none were able to help until he saw Dr. Chang. He was very thorough and caring. My father is better now and our family is very grateful for Dr. Chang.

Had the worst experience at this place. Came for my appointment on time and had to wait for hour and a half, and even after that the doctor didn’t show up.

Dr. Chang is one of the best doctors that I've seen in Vancouver. He listened to me patiently and did everything was needed. I'm very happy with Dr. Chang.

Dr. Chang is great, very kind and listens to concerns. Takes patients seriously and explains things in a way that anyone can understand. The office is very busy, best to send an email to book appointments.

He will take your records and once you give it too him he will not return them back to you. Which is against the law

Dr. Kim and a receptionist lady were nice.

Had an appointment with dr. Chang, but he didn't show up... and no one even bothered to apologize.

This guy is the best! A Doctor who listens to you and thoroughly looks for a solution. Very happy with Dr. Ross Chang . The receptionists are friendly with welcoming smiles. I really like this place.
