We hired this company to fill our pool out in the country. They also delivered the water at our last house. We called somewhat last minute however they made it happen. The owners are great people to deal with and I will definitely continue to recommend this company. Thanks again.

My husband and I are very satisfied with Chaston Water Haulage. We just had our new pool filled and the service was amazing! My parents have always ordered their water from Chaston, and we are continuing the tradition. Why would you go anywhere else when they are so friendly and reliable? We won't that is for sure!

Had Mike from Chaston Water fill up our Pool this year. Mike was very professional and I can tell it was not his first time filling a pool as he provided a few tips on how not to damage your liner during a fill. Within minutes the pool was field and ready to go! Thanks for the great Service.

Keller foundations had a project in Hamilton and chastonwater help us out in a time of need with great service from the driver Tim. Tim would help out in times of need and make sure we would meet our deadline. Great friendly service and Keller looks forward to doing service with chastonwater in the future! Cheers

We called chaston's this fall and had great service. The driver Stuart, I believe is his name is absolutely the nicest man. He really went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the service. And he always comes with treats for my dog!! He makes our day!

We have been using this company for the last 6 years. Been very happy with all their help in getting my water delivered when i need it. Tim my usual water truck driver is amazing and has great customer service! goes above and beyond! A couple times i fooling myself run completely out of water and they came to the rescue even though they were very busy that day!!!!thanks Chasten!!! 5+++ stars from me!!!!!Laura

We have dealt with Chaston water for years and I cannot express our appreciation enough to Tim. He is one of the best service person's I have had the pleasure of dealing with. Great drivers, But the customer service has really gone downhill in the last few years.. No one ever answers the phone and we have had to call repeatedly to get any info on a delivery. Been a loyal customer since 2007 but will be going elsewhere

Always fantastic to deal with. All drivers and staff are polite and professional. They are always able to get us water within a day or two. We had used another company in an emergency and regretted every minute of it. Will not use anyone but Chaston's going forward.
