Glen was okay but Desjardins insurance was the worst experience of our lives by far. It took 6.5 weeks to find out if our car was a write off or not. After many calls to the claims office and getting the run around, we are looking to leave Desjardins insurance asap for the terrible service. Would not recommend this insurance company to anyone. Just looking to take your money and gives terrible customer service.

Excellent customer service. They treat us like family there. Rates are very good. Moved my Mother from Intact (where she was treated horribly during her apartment fire) and her rates went down significantly. When a claim was necessary, we were treated promptly and with dignity. Their honest advice has assisted in saving us money over the years...and no, I am not related.
