The first visit was great, I thought I found a hairdresser for me. The picture on the right.The second visit I wanted the same cut and style didn't come close. The other picture :(. She didn't cut anything off the back and one side was longer then the other. I was going on vacation the next day and no time to get it fixed before then I left. I wore a hat all week. I believe Laila has talent unfortunately she had worked a long day , over ten hours on somebody's hair the day before my appointment and she was tired. I'm happy for that customer but it just made me feel like I was not as valued. I wish her success but will not return.

My daughter wanted the new trending wolf cut, and I knew this cut had to be done by a great hairdresser. After searching for salons near me, I came across Lailas and booked a same day appointment. Which was an amazing start!! My daughter absolutely loves her new hair, and many thanks go to Laila for doing such an amazing job!

I love my new haircut from this salon! I got a last minute booking on a Saturday before a trip to Europe and she took great care of me! She turned my hair from heavy and difficult to light airy and ready for summer! 10/10 customer service and can't wait to go back for my next cutt!
