Really fast attentive staff. They were chatty and knowledgeable. The groomer looked nice, and a dog that left was very fluffy.However, the animal conditions seemed below par - very trapped looking reptiles in their adoption area.I have videos of this, should corporate be interested. Please step this treatment up.

I was just there to get some crickets for my lizard and some cat food. When I walked in the lady at the counter remembered who I was and that I get crickets on the weekends and she had them ready for us when we were done a ready to pay!I didn’t catch her name but this girl deserves a raise!! She’s always very friendly, super knowledgeable and VERY personable!

I went in this place looking for something for my cat. Couldn't find what I needed but I didn't want to bother the cashier because he was busy texting his friends so I left and went to the other stores.
