I would describe this course as transformative, if you put the work in.----------My first experience was an introduction course with my partner. If you are thinking about introducing mindfulness into your life, Angela will provide the guidance you need to implement this practice into your every day life. For anyone concerned about Covid and space, she also implemented care for air quality and provides a level of comfort for all. Wonderful class Angela...thank you!

I recently completed the 8-week MBSR course. Angela is warm, compassionate, challenging, adaptive and has a lovely sense of humour. She creates a wonderful, welcoming and comfortable class atmosphere. Her students are invited to adopt mindful techniques to help with listening and communication skills, and to grow through anxiety, depression, tough times and to be more appreciative and attentive of the good times and to take less for granted.

I was fortunate enough to be able to attend Angela's eight week MBSR course earlier this year. The tools that I learned have been invaluable and have certainly changed my mindset with how I approach my daily activities. I continue to utilize the practices that were taught and because of the variety, I am able to select a specific practice depending on how I feel on that specific day. As a result of my participation with Angela's program, I have the confidence to work through the challenges that arise from day to day. In addition, on those days that are particularly challenging, my recovery time has been drastically reduced. Thank you, Angela

I really loved taking Angela’s 4 week course. She’s compassionate, knowledgeable and articulate. She taught us some great personal meditation practices that I’ve been using daily and have really helped me to calm my monkey mind. I took the course with an intention to handle anxiety better and it helped a lot. Definitely take one of Angela’s classes, it’s so worth it :)

I took Angela's Taste of Mindfulness class and it was so great that I'm ready for more. Angela is a wonderful teacher, speaker and story teller. She approaches mindfulness and meditation with a focus on the science behind meditation - she is able to break down concepts into easy to understand lessons. Angela is an amazing person, with so much knowledge, professionalism, and compassion. This was my first time meditating in a studio, and Angela made it an absolutely wonderful experience. I cannot recommend her enough.
