This is one the best Burger Kings we have been to in awhile. Way better then the one in our home town. Employees are fast and friendly, and the Chicken Sandwiches were fantastic. Glad we stopped here.

Every time I stop at this Burger King I end up having to pull forward and wait. One of the times I was the only car in the Drive-Thru and they made me pull forward told me it would be a couple minutes and it ended up being 5 minutes.This time I use the mobile app to order my food 10 minutes before I left work and when I pulled in through the drive-thru I still had to pull ahead and wait 5 minutes.

Maybe I was at the wrong time, but this probably was the worst experience at Burger King for me. Dine in - Ordered a Spicy Chicken meal, the first bite and it tasted weird, checked underneath - the bun was burnt (literally black)! Asked for a new one by showing this to the cashier guy, he conveys my request to this other guy preparing the burger, after which both of them scoff!! Then, I get a new burger and it's not spicy chicken but the regular chicken sandwich...! At this point, I felt it not worth speaking another word and just took it. No complaints on the food quality and the cleanliness of the place though, like I said maybe I was at the wrong time but just not a good experience at the place.

I use the drive thru when I come here the majority of the time. Their burgers are tasty, juicy, nice sized. In a choice between McD and the King, the King wins hands down.

I've been to this bk 3 different times and have ordered the same thing, #10 big fish meal with cheese and every time it's wrong. First time was a chicken sandwich with cheese and the last two times they don't put cheese on it. How difficult is it to put a piece of cheese on?

Horrible experience, ordered food about 5 meals . Well waiting ,waiting , and realized the order wasn't on the order screen ... so I was standing by the counter and possibly the shift manager asked if I had a problem with my order , I told him I haven't even received it 20 minutes later , so yeap it took 30 minutes from start to finish ... and the place is falling apart, one menu tv board didn't work , the fryers look like caked with grease doors missing . The owner of the franchise should be embarrassed

I ordered a double sausage, egg, and cheese criossandwich. I got a single bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit. Since it was just before 10 am, they were not even busy.

And I could see the bacon on my burger wasn't cooked so I opened it and it was the most raw bacon I have ever seen put on a burger it looks like it was literally taken out of the fridge and put on our burgers so I called and asked to speak to the manager Tony was his name and I told him that our bacon was raw on the Burger's and he tried to assure me that it was cooked and he didn't apologize he didn't offer new food he just got silent on the phone and that was that
