Reardon & Son Towing Inc.

This is my second using this company and both times were AAA service. My son and I were on our way back to Clairington from Montreal and my car ran out of gas. It was about 11pm at night. I called Reardon Towing (he remembered me from the last time too :) and he was there with fuel within 10 min. He was very concerned about me and my son and rushed b/c we were on the 401, how great of him. Nice to know people still care. Thanks very much Reardon Towing - you guys are the best!

Was in a rush and locked my keys in the car, running late for meetings but I got lucky...Reardon and sons were on the scene (literally beside me in the parking lot). Professional, friendly and super helpful got me going on my way in no time. He didn’t even have his tool kit on him but left and came back right away. Very caring company. Thanks Guys!

After a horrible series of events this morning, it felt like I was at a loss, with no options. My tire had popped and I felt completely stranded on the side of the 401 for hours, calling company after company trying to find the best way to get affordable help. being a young female I really had no idea what to do and felt so helpless . Jo had come so fast, to assist me. He was so beyond kind, and really changed my day. He is a true hero, I cannot thank him enough. Would 100% recommend this company.

Easily the most helpful and friendly experience I've ever had with a towing company. Leonard was delightful man who you could tell sincerely cared. If you're stuck just east of the GTA I suggest calling Reardon & Son Towing for any of your towing and vehicle transportation needs. Good People!

I used Reardon and Son this morning after being in an accident. Joe picked me up and was one of the kindest men I’ve ever met! I was in such an upset state but Joe made me feel calm and taken care of. He patiently waited for me at the collision centre to call my insurance company and drove me to the auto shop and tried to help me locate Discount Car Rentals. When we discovered it was closed he drove me home. I highly recommend Reardon and Son and could not be happier with the service I received during a very stressful time. Newfoundland's loss was our gain yesterday on the 401. Jo was very prompt and professional . Since our spare tire was of the crank down type it was seized and need to be to be dealt with at his shop. Jo towed us to his shop where his son took over and got the spare out from under the truck and got us back on the road home. What a nice family...but then again what would you expect from a Newfie? I hope that all goes well in Kingston for you.

This towing company is the best we have ever dealt with. After getting a flat on the 401 last Sunday, with 2 small kids and a dog in tow, they arrived in 20 minutes as promised. Quickly they assessed the situation and had our car loaded up, being sure to have our family safely in the cab first. They brought us to Canadian Tire where we got a new tire within 30 mins! We are very happy with the friendly, excellent service provided. Reardon & Son Towing turned a stressful situation into a minor slow down. We thank you for providing excellent service!

Had a blowout traveling home on the 401.To make matters worse my tire iron was missing. Called Reardon Towing and within 15-20 minutes they were on scene. Unable to remove the tire roadside due to badly stripped lugs, caused by the garage whom last did work on my car. We were then towed to the garage, where he was able to remove the damaged tire and install the spare tire quickly. I would highly recommend this tow service because of the fast response time, as well their friendly and professional approach to the situation. A very reasonable priced service, hoping to not need roadside assistance again anytime soon, but I know where I will be calling first if I'm in the area. Reardon & Sons Towing.

I had the opportunity to use this service and let me tell you I was blown away with how great it was! From the professionalism, to cleanliness of the truck everything was perfect. No one is having a good day when they need a tow truck, but when Joe came to help my wife and I things got better as soon as he pulled up to our vehicle. I am from Cobourg, but will only ever use this company for as long as I can drive! I highly recommend them!

I recently got stuck on a side street in Cobourg, On during the recently blizzards on December 23rd. Called a few numbers, and was told that all towing services had been suspended due to the poor weather. After getting a hold of Joe, he picked me up and drove out to my car. Turned out that the weather was so bad, he was unable to do anything right then and there and we left the car abandoned for the night. We stayed in contact over the next day and a half and on Christmas Day, he reached out saying if I wanted, we could take a look. Due to the blowing snow and plows that had obviously gone by, my car was submerged pretty deep at the side of the road. Joe managed to get it out and onto his flatbed, (not an easy task as the battery was drained and the car left dead). He then drove me to an empty lot a few mins away so that I could use jumper cables to charge my battery and get home for X-Mas diner with family. He was nothing but professional, friendly and knowledgeable and his rate I found to be quite fare for the amount of work I put him through.I can't recommend Joe with Reardon & Son enough, he really came through for me during a tough time.Thanks again, Joe.
