I called to book a appt for a hearing test and was told before a hearing test can be booked. I have to send a $100 e-transfer to pay for services. She said this was due to ppl booking appts and not showing up , ok I get this but when I told her I’m not comfortable sending an e-transfer before I even have an appt booked or test given, she just said ok well this won’t work out, didn’t give me any options and no I’m sorry about that, basically couldn’t be bothered to discuss, which I was fine with due to the fact that there are many hearing centres avail to do testing and I.m sure will treat potential clients with alittle more courtesy. Not impressed with the service I received over the phone never mind the ridiculous policy they have for payment.

I was very surprised with how clean their office was! Dr. Diño is so pleasant and well versed in her occupation as an audiologist. Very friendly and easy to talk to. I would recommend her for any of your audiology needs!

Dr Dino at the McPhillips Hearing & Audiology Centre is the most knowledgeable, caring and compassionate audiologist I have ever seen. She helped my elderly father who had lost most of his hearing from working in loud factories. She went out of her way filling out paperwork to Workers Compensation Board to get him covered for his expensive hearing aids. My dad had tears in his eyes when he could finally hear the birds singing in his backyard. You never know terrible hearing loss can affect the elderly. Dr Dino was so kind and compassionate to my father and provided a first rate service. Thank you Dr Dino help my dad understand my conversation again. I highly recommend a visit to DR Dino if you have a loved one suffering hearing loss. Dr Dino is a pro at her job and gets the job done right. Don’t listen to the Lousey review below. Dr Dino has been in the process of renovating her fine clinic to serve her patients better.

Excellent service! The doctor and staff were very kind and made me feel like they genuinely wanted to help me. I Would highly recommend this establishment to any that are in need of an experienced audiologist.

Since the renovations, my 94 yr old father was asked to take shoes off (which he needs for balance ) and bringing in walker or wheelchair was not encouraged. The staff was walking around vacuuming after patients there was a blanket at the front door which my father could barely walk over without tripping. When asked to use their washroom was told they do not have one and was told staff and patients have to go to Save On Foods, I have since sent an email to Save On Foods about same. I also contacted City Of Winnipeg that there is a by law that every establishment requires a washroom, unless they are in a mall.Very disappointed in McPhillips Hearing, I at one time highly recommended them, will not in the future.

Fast friendly service always on time. They make you feel like one of the family!I have been going there for 15 years and they are up to date with technology, more than willing to make sure your hearing experience is enhanced.They care!

Very helpful and professional experience Christine was helpful, courteous and quick in determining my hearing issues. Would highly recommend to anyone who is interested in hearing test.

Great place overall to go to. Christine made everything clear while going through all of the tests, and answered all of my questions (even the dumb ones) with a smile on her face the entire time. Definitely will be going here with any other hearing needs.

I've had hearing issues all my life in my left ear. I recently developed issues with my right ear and required major reconstructive surgery. I now require hearing aids. Christine and her staff have been unbelievable in getting me back to normal. I was set up with hearing aids and I am now hearing things I have never heard before, Its an amazing feeling when I put them in my ears. Its like turning up the volume on a ultra hi definition stereo. Christine and her staff make me feel welcome every time I walk in her clinic. I highly recommend Mcphillps Audiology to anyone who as issues with hearing .Chris C.

I have been a patient for 11 years and have found Dr. Dino to always been pleasant and cheerful. When ever I have had a problem with my hearing aids she has always been able to resolve the problem. Dr. Dino has stayed on top of my hearing file.
