January 2022 I decided I needed to make what felt like a drastic change to my life. I was struggling to keep my head above water. As a mom to two littles I was struggling with extremely low energy, brain fog, and multiple other concerns. At that point I was a good 5 years into my vegetarian/vegan diet (3 years vegetarian & 2 years vegan). I knew it was time to admit that my diet wasn't getting me the results I was looking for with my health but I knew I couldn't go back to buying meat from the grocery stores after learning about the common practices within the industry. A friend encouraged me to check out Blue Ridge Farms online. Upon doing so I learned that they were a local family farm with high standards and integrity, exactly what I was looking for. I placed an order for a quarter of a cow, half a pig and some whole chickens. Within 2 weeks my brain fog lifted and my energy returned!! It was incredible the difference. I also began to see things like my hormonal acne of 5 years disappear and my gut health slowly improving through the use of regularly consuming homemade broth made with the bones you get when you purchase your meat this way. This past summer I placed an order for 20 whole pasture raised chickens to feed my family for the year until next years are ready, and today I picked up 2 pastured turkeys for thanksgiving and Christmas! 1000% recommend this family and the amazing work they do and I will forever be a customer!

Amazing Quality, Service, and Price!!!We purchased a cow and the taste and quality is truly top notch! I have my chickens ordered and went to the amazing little store to grab some bacon and sausages today. I will honestly never purchase meat from a grocery store again.I highly recommend a visit to the little store! Its the coolest little place where you can see the farm to table process. Very welcoming and kind people!
