Ayant acheté la borne de 40 A, incapable de la configurer, avec l’avis du support technique, j’ai retourné la borne le vendredi ( au Québec), et le Lundi, ma borne était expédiée, très très rapide comme service, ils ont rajouté la dernière version logicielle, maintenant, tout fonctionne. Bravo à Pion Power, vraiment de belles bornes, qualité/prix, imbattable! Richard Milette

Have my 32A charger for weeks now.The unit has been flawless. It's compact, I carry it in the pouch included, very neat. Love the fact that it's a 120/240v unit and includes all the adapters you need. Installed a NEMA 14-50 at home but frequently use it at 120v at the cottage or when remote, with a sturdy 12 gauge 50ft extension. Cable is long (no winter test yet though), and using in the rain was no problem. Above all, the price is super and its eligible for the 600$ rebate in Quebec. I strongly recommend for any installation (mobile or stationary).

I'm really satisfied with my actual setup with the Pion Power charger. I faced a few issues at first but the customer service and technical support were very helpul and provided an excellent service!
