Sure. They have a few good things but this whole store reminds me of when people will try to put skateboarding in a movie to make it seem “cool”. Well this is the same thing but with a store. They use skateboarding to seem cool and sell to people who don’t skate and profit off of it. It is better to support real skaters, or just thrift your clothes,

My son bought a necklace which they call as 12mm iced diamond cut cuban sv necklace for 201$ with tax . He lost the receipt or may be they never gave him but the money has been deducted from his account on zumeiz name of 201$ . He went and showed them and asked to get a refund as he didn’t liked to wear it at all. First of all the staff is not bothered about you then the manager stepped in and with a big negative face no to him . I felt pity on these guys working under some brand name and showing how pathetic behaviour towards the customer . I would suggest no one should buy on these store and if you want to buy the store should be chose as a last option before dying . No mercy on the customer. Not at all good behaviour. If I would have to go to a consumer court for that I would have gone . But I don’t know how . I work in ports of bc . And I will post a posters on the boards not to visit these stores at anytime.

Don't buy T-tool here. Every case of the tool is ripped and is sticky inside. Expensive too. It's double the price elsewhere. Just get the tool from Amazon!Bump it up to 2 stars because the salespeople there are sometimes kind

I buy a lot of Stickers from them and some clothing for myself and for my friend's teenage daughter for xmas and Bday gifts I recently bought a expensive skateboard for the art work and was disappointed to find they put the gluey Zumiez Sticker directly over the Artwork which took over 2 hours to remove without damaging the artwork I mentioned it to a male staff afterwards and was disappointed that he didn't seem to care I requested that he let the Manager know. I'm not going to ride it I said it will be displayed on the wall for the Artwork.

Prices here are great if you know exactly what you need, but don't rely on the staffs for anything. After questioning the staffs for skateboard parts and observe one female staff puts the board together, it was more than obvious they were hired and trained to work in the skateboard side with no knowledge of skateboarding/building a complete. I only came to check out the decks during their 40% off sale, but I'd stick to my local skate shop instead.

Today we went to this store to buy the slippers coz we already went to tsawassen mills and they don’t have the size there that we were looking for and they told us that the zumies guildford have it. So from tsawassen we go to guildford zumies.The staffs there are not accommodating. They were busy chit-chatting and no one is willing to help us! Even we call their attention many times, they ignoring us! What a poor customer service! So instead of buying that item that we really want! We decided not to buy it anymore because they don’t deserve to have a sale! Zumiez lost a customer because of their rude staffs!

My 12 year old son bought a skateboard here that had a sticker cost on it $129..it rang up $149..I then called about the situation and she told me that someone from her store would have told him that was the wrong price cause no complete board can be sold at $129 and they arent allowed to put a red sticker on it stating that..needless to say they will not be getting our business anymore..what a joke!! I'd like to add that my son had all his money on the counter trying to count out every dime he had so he could purchase this board!! Disgusting customer service!!!

Today I had a horrible experience at this Zumiez location.. I arrived at the store with my little sister to return a birthday gift, some Vans to be exact.. As we walked in, all four employees were on their cell phones and didn’t greet us. We walked to the cashier and I told her I had a return to make. Another employee asked why I was returning them and when I said it was because my sister didn’t like them, he didn’t offer to help her find a new pair. He walked away and left the cashier, who obviously didn’t know what she was doing, to process the return. As we were standing there, my sister pointed out the inappropriate manner of the music being played. Racial slurs and profanity were blasting through the store and other customers were clearly feeling uncomfortable as well. The cashier was having some difficulties and needed help, but her three associates left her alone to figure everything out herself. In the end, she refunded me the wrong amount of money, and the whole transaction was a horrible display of customer service. I’ve never had this issue at any other Zumiez location but this isn’t the first time I’ve had a bad experience at the Surrey location... there definitely needs to be more mature staff, better managers, and better responsibility...

I went in yesterday with my daughter to complain about a pair of vans slip on shoes that were ripping at the toe after just three months. The manager offered a solution which was to call the head office which I was going to do the next day but I ended up going to the vans store next-door and they were able to take my old pair as a defect sent back to head office and provide me with a new pair
