Very flat and well maintained gravel pathway. Not busy even on a beautiful Saturday. Easy crossing over quiet streets. Highly recommended for cycling

For over 7 years, ive been taking my dog to the trail. Great places for him to run and I'm still able to see him as the trail is so straight. There are garbage cans to help keep this trail so pleasantYou don't need a dog to enjoy this awesome trail.

It's a great trail for everyone to use. If I feel like taking a longer bike ride, I'll ride to the 10th line and turn off, following the roads along the waterfront until line 5, then jump back on the trail.

This is a fantastic trail, level, straight and very scenic. The road crossings are infredquent (mostly just concession roads) and manageable due to low traffic volumes and speeds. The trail is fantastic year road and maintanence standards are very high. The only complaint I've come across is that it does not connect with the City of Barrie's North Shore Trail (which also follows the former CN Newmarket Sub.)

Great spot for a bike ride or dog walk! Some of the lines have parking to the trail - like line 2!Since the trail is such a large and long one, it is never really busy consistently when you are walking or biking; which makes it nice, quiet and private when you are doing your thing!

It's a nice open trail for walking, obviously it's a shared trail with snowmobiles a little consideration to be taken on both sides I have ridden it on bike and walked it , it's pretty open alot of sun exposure in the summer

Great parking, nice paved trails for walking dogs or cycling. Great for strollers. Not along the water but a nice path.

Lots of natural beauty. Space, and you can walk bike ski as far as you want, or as little as you want.
