Auto parts guy gave me the correct light bulbs and did not have to return it. Plumbing dept on the other hand could not answer any of my questions and then he just walked away

This Canadian Tire is inside the Place Vertu, always clean, well arranged, very well supplied. You can breathe air inside without the amount of dust you can find in another branches. All agents and cashier are very kind !

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Canadian Tire, and I feel compelled to share my frustration. The level of customer service I received was beyond subpar, leaving me utterly dissatisfied.I made a transaction at this store and encountered an issue with a preauthorization that was supposed to be automatically reversed within 2-10 business days. However, it has now been a shocking 10 business days, and the promised reversal is nowhere in sight.What's worse is that when I reached out to my bank for clarification, they confirmed that the money was deducted from my account, providing me with the necessary proof. Yet, when I approached the branch to rectify the situation and request a refund, I was met with a complete refusal, with the staff unbelievably claiming that the transaction did not even occur!This level of negligence, disregard, and lack of accountability from Canadian Tire is absolutely unacceptable. As a customer, I expect better treatment and prompt resolutions when issues arise. It is disheartening to see a company that prides itself on customer service fail to deliver on its promises.I have attached the receipt as evidence, clearly indicating the store location, date, time of purchase, product details, and the amount paid. I implore Canadian Tire to take immediate action, address this matter promptly, and provide the refund that I am rightfully owed.I am deeply disappointed by this experience and feel it is my duty to warn others about the poor customer service I encountered at this specific Canadian Tire branch. Customers deserve to be treated with respect and have their concerns addressed effectively.I hope that by sharing this review, Canadian Tire takes notice, realizes the impact of their actions, and makes the necessary changes to improve their customer service.I urge potential customers to think twice before choosing Canadian Tire, as their handling of customer complaints leaves much to be desired.

Store is clean and organized. Staff are helpful.Garage service are experienced and know their stuff, but are poor at estimating how long a task will take. Waited 3.5hrs for a battery change, when I was told 1hr

Had to spend so much time locating a product, the product wasn’t present in the right location. Had to go to 4 different employers for help.

I was looking for a product that in their website is available in that store 12 available i got to the store there was none on display so it took me 20 min to find an employe which said they had it available and was gonna send someone to help me I waited for 15 min more and no one came so I went to find another employee and when I found one I asked if he could check for me he said “oh there are in stock but in the back I can’t take inventory from the back” by that time I already lost an hour in the store when I did my research first and I could understand that they don’t have the inventory or that there is an error of 1 or 2 in the inventory but 12

Good stuff but I feel they have less items on special like other canadian tire store. Might be promotion is different from store to store.

I went there on a Sunday. My guest from United States had a flat tire, we knew which tire and we could see the nail lodged. She had to drive back 6hrs on Sunday. Anyway, we visited CT as its one of the places that's open. We asked him if he could repair the tire, the tech said come on Tuesday! What pathetic business are they running. When they can't help a traveler in Emergency. I explained it to him that this was emergency he did not budge and said its tire season very busy. Makes me wonder what kind of world we live in where we cant stop for 15 min to help travelers. He said contact other CT's around and check. I tried calling Acadie one but no reply. Anyway we found this mechanic Tire Patrol" on hymus in West Island just 10km away. We could drive there as the leak was slow. It took him literally 15 min from my arrival to hand me back the keys all fixed ($50). She was on her way back home and reached safely. I am glad I found a mechanic open on weekends. Reply to this review if you guys know any other in the area open on weekends to help others. I will never again use CT because of the lack of empathy. I have a Gold Roadside Assistance with them as well

Mohammed is the best employee that I have ever come across in the history of shopping at Canadian Tire. He is pro-active kind and of service. He saw me looking for something, came to me, scanned the item code and went to find it in less than 2 mins. Bravo!!! Thank you for your service.
