The man's in so good with the people at city hall you would think he's on payroll. I have been around the contracting trade for many years and it's a shame whenever this man's name comes up I get eye rolls. My clients paid more for changes from him to drawings than the orginal drawings. I refused yeas ago to work with the man I ask for all drawlings be signed off before the job starts... do not find a mistake on his drawings because you are paying for his changes... no site experiance good luck finding a hard hat and a pair of steal toe boots on him. I would kick him off my job site if he showed up. The man is a master of meetings which the client is paying for and he's friends with the local lumber yards. I think your figuring out the tune I'm plaYing.I have forgot more than he knows about onsite experience ....I waited a year before my clients job was done before leaving this review because my clients were scared of more bills from him.... I guess being chummy with city council and HH still gets the contracts around town.! I guess some people have morals and ethics and some don'tI say keep looking around town folks. This is again a free country and this is just my 2 cents and I'm only giving my 2 cents because like any bussiness owner when I put my name out I care about what I do and I don't over charge people. I also don't line my pockets with tax payer money and come in with a low bids and then throw on extras to the bill.
