Walmart Photo Centre

Price is good for pictures, but quality is bad. Service is not great, staffs don’t seem to be knowledgeable and took forever to find my photos (waited 40 mins in total). Came here twice, both times were not great experience. Another note, DO NOT BUY PASSPORT PHOTOS FROM HERE, I went to the passport office and they told me walmart passport photos rarely work because theres always something wrong with the picture (my issue was the face was shiny and too bright- does not reflect true skin tone), the passport office gave me a proof and told me to get a refund from walmart. When I came to walmart photo centre, they told me i have to go to customer service, but the customer service said they can’t refund me and i have to go through a process online and mail the passport pictures to them somehow. I could not find a way online to do that. WHAT A SCAM…..

Ordered online and when I picked up they gave me only one package I thought that's all my photos. Later I realized there's another package for me they didn't give me and I called them to search my the other package, the agent spent several mins and said can't find them so I had to call 888 customer service number. I was on hold more than an hour, still no answers, I tried chat help,they say they can't help since that's out of their criteria. I am calling back to the store not the one who(Sandee) hung up on me during the conversation, to search again my photos, saying short of staff so wait for an hour. Mistakes are happening but after that, this poor customer services are not giving good impressions at all on walmart brand

I normally get Christmas cards from here since it is the cheapest I have found (hence the second star), but it's cheap for a reason with the quality only getting worse every year. I always submit high quality photos but this year they came back blurrier than ever. Not only that, but they never have my order ready when they say they will, even when they email me saying it's ready for pick up. This will be the last year I use Walmart for photos.P.s. their passport photos are a hit and miss. When I got my daughter's done the passport office almost didn't accept it. For $50, no thanks!!

Pls start giving option for a digital copy so that customer can keep it for future reference

I give 2 stars cause my heart hurt when they said they close the kodaks 1 hour before actual close time.So if they close at 10pm the photo printing isn't available at 9pm.I understand because some photo projects take longer to print, but it was a personal inconvenience to me :'(

Employese are very rude to customers. Very dirty and unorganized. Most don't speak or understand either if this countries languages, so should not be working directly with customers. Management is no different. 5 employees ganged up on my 14 year old daughter and her friend, screaming at them. I'd give zero stars but google won't let me. Corporate walmart needs to investigate this store. DONT SHOP HERE!

Unlike in other Walmarts, all the staff I met in here are nice.Especially last night when I took my ID photo in the photo center, a staff called Gurdev let me preview the photo before printing them out. And I did not need to wait for long for the photos. Very efficient!And... We had an issue using the credit card to pay for groceries, the staff in the self-checkout counter area was kind to help us while he was busy handling the customer traffic.

Amandeep was so so lovely. She helped me get a passport photo for my infant and was absolutely fantastic with her.

Please pass my sincere regard to lady Ishani, wad looking for a shoes for a girl for event, online showed limited stock in store. Called other stores but no help on phone, decided to check in person, walked pass this lady, I asked if she could help me, she replied with smile saying of course I can" showed her item that was looking for

Apathetic customer service and mediocre pic quality has me thinking I'll take photo business elsewhere. Meh.
