An absolutely zen experience! From the moment you step in Tracey’s space you can feel the shift in your body. Her reflexology and Indian head massage is absolutely amazing. You can feel the difference in your body after 1 visit. Tracey is very in tuned with what your feeling before you even say it, which is an amazing experience all on its own.

I have been for several Reflexology appointments, several Reiki appointments, and a couple of Chakra Balancing sessions. Each experience has been super relaxing and beneficial to my health and well being. I am looking forward to trying the Indian Head Massage next! Highly recommended!!!

I recieved the BEST Hot Stone and Thai Stem Massage from Tracey the other day and my body never felt so relaxed. I highly reccomend everyone to try these services with Tracey. I have also had the experience of foot reflexology and Indian head massage from Tracey and I'm hooked on all 4 of her services. Tracey is very professional, kind and very knowledgeable in her service areas.

Never liked my feet being touched but Tracey did such an amazing job I was soo relaxed I nearly went to sleep. Can't wait for my next session. Highly recommended it's amazing. Soo relaxing and calming which we all need right now especially.
