We got locked out of our basement office right before a big web meeting with all the stuff for that meeting inside the office. Redecopp was here within an hour, fixed it handily, then noticed that our front door handle was missing some screws and fixed that, too. Meeting went off without a hitch thanks to their exemplary service.

We've been using Redecopp Security for years. They installed digital deadbolts for us. Would never go back to a regular keyed deadbolt. Very happy with it and the work Redecopp Security did. Clean and very trustworthy. They even helped us recently when we needed to reset the code and forgot how. Very kind and patient over the phone.

Rekeying locks, changing deadbolts, adding locks and upgrading to digital deadbolts have all been done with attention to detail and quality workmanship. James has done a lot of work for me. The thing I appreciate the most is his attention to detail. He installed windows at my lake property and there were no short cuts. He also installed a storm door which I have no issues with. I could not believe his degree of professionalism. I would highly recommend him for any commercial and residential properties.

Very knowledgeable, installation was swift, we're very happy with the service provided and are confident any other customer would be as well! Thumbs up :)Quick update: we had an issue with our door latching (to close). We made a call and early next morning, Redecopp was there to get the job done. Was an easy fix, didn't cost an extra dime and the response time overall has been commendable.
