Karl is the best. Karl has been helping me with all my tech purchases for years. In December Karl got me the greatest deal on 3 new phones plus accessories to go with them. Karl is very knowledgeable, friendly and answers all my questions in a short time. I highly recommend visiting Karl at The Source in Park Lane.

While ordering, the attendant was not attentive. I stated my order twice, yet they got the order wrong and stated that I was rude. I apologized for my demeanor.When I returned to get the order corrected. I mentioned to the other cashier that my order was incorrect spite that I had clearly stated the order twice and said that I was told I had been rude. They told me not to mention it again. After I was refunded what I had paid, refused to fill my order and suggested that I go elsewhere.
