I called CSP to ask about replacing our old DSC alarm system. Katie was very knowledgeable and provided good advice. I eventually went with a wireless alarm system which is great as it comes with a mobile app. Dominic came to install the alarm. He was efficient and gave suggestions on where to install the motion sensors. Overall a very good experience and I would recommend to check out CSP!

Great Customer Service I ever received! I love Katie's personal attention, all questions were answered in detail per email in no time even after hours. This is the case before you even give them the job but also after installation is done and any questions come up. The technical/installer Domenic is great too, detailed, fast and courteous. The pricing is compatible also, they gave you an option of a term contract with minimal upfront cost or no contract with lower month to month fees and higher upfront cost. It's your choice, which is great.

I just had my home security updated and am so glad that I chose CSP, they are prompt, courteous and extremely professional. Katie believes in customer service and designed a package to my needs, Dominic the installer was professional, answered all my questions and very detail oriented. they used the old wired system i had as well as put in some new wireless contacts. I had some issues at the beginning where the alarm went off and i sent an email advising them of the issue and Eric at the help desk replied almost instantly. i have already recommended them to family members. sleeping easy now!!

Great customer service from Katie, extremely knowledgeable, listened to what I wanted and only recommended the products I needed. A neighbour had been broken into in our rural area, which prompted the decision for an security system ASAP. Canadian Security Professionals were not only the best to deal with, they were the best deal too and our security system was promptly installed within a week of my first call to them. The installer Dominic was fast and friendly and left no mess behind. I feel much better knowing our house is protected when we’re not there as well as sleeping more soundly when we are, especially when my husband is working night shift.
