Unbelievably inefficient clinic. Pack your patience before you enter. A lot of staff, all very sweet but that doesn’t help with what you are experiencing while waiting for your injection. It takes 3 hours minimum from the time you enter until you finally get your injection and can leave. They should seriously hire someone who can help organize their processes. I have friends going for the exact same treatment in various other clinics and they cannot believe what we are going through here. OCC, ease please improve your processes and let your patients who are quite old people finish their appointment as quickly as possible.

The place seems like they just want to milk people out of money. They are located in an industrial area. Every other location on this street has free parking in their lot but not these guys. This is the beginning of the milking. They want $5.And although it may seem like you can ignore the no parking" signs on the street... don't. It's a $55 ticket. And they do come around. Here is a tip

Doesnt deserve any star really. Worst place to visit. Arrogant staff (reception), long waiting time for a 90 sec interaction with doctor, not accessible by phone and very pricy. You will feel robbed when you step out. They will make you sign papers and not allow you to have a copy. Don't get influenced by Ontario in their name. They are private company. You have right to doubt integrity of Doctor who recommended you OCCDONT GO THERE....PERIODOwners should read the reviews and find ways to improve things instead of giving robotic responses. This show can't run for ever in its existing format

I paid $112.50 for glaucoma test, plus $35 additional fee for every personal copy of the images taken. Very obvious money-making scheme.Doctor McGuire had zero communication or explanation of findings, just gave me a piece of paper for me to make another appointment in 4 months. I had to pry information out of him by tenaciously asking questions.I didn't make the second appointment.

Extremely hard to get an actual person on the phone or to answer any question. Either your call is disconnected immediately or disconnected after 20 mins on hold. The web portal" is no better. barely if ever get a actual response back.In person its no better. Your basically herded like cattle upon arrival. Staff is usually dismissive and gets annoyed when you ask what the are doing. You get transferred to about 3 different techs before seeing a dr. If you ask them what test they are completing of what the purpose of seeing them is and your met with snarky response and attitude.Dr. Ali himself seems nice enough. However there is rarely any time to ask him actual questions. I usually only get 5 minutes with him before being bounced out as quickly as possible. While I understand that theirs is a volume business and the more head that they push through the more profitable. But the callousness with which your treated and the dismissiveness of the staff really makes me dislike this place."

I have been going to this clinic many times. The doctors are okay, but the admin staff sucks. Each time there is a different staff (a bad sign). The staff treats patients like they are bosses. Today, I waited almost 1 hour before was attended to. When I complained twice, the staff and the leader of the staff was not helpful and rude. When I complained to a deputy manager, she was more to defend her staff than to respect and appreciate the patient's concern. Terrible and disgusting.

4 stars. My dad's cataract surgery was a success on Monday (May). His experience was good and i met some staff because i was going to drive him home. It was 3 month process with Consultation/checkups that started in Feb 2023. Two more March & April appointments before the mid-May surgery. Parking is $5. limited parking spots in the main building. Bigger parking lot across the street

The staff at the clinic are very rude and not sure what the process is. Sending people like cattle from room to room and making people sit around waiting for 3-4 hours. One assistant had the cheek to say that the Doctor runs late by 3-4 hours! How inefficient can this clinic be. He refused to give me his name and was extremely rude and disrespectful. Do not be referred to this clinic, wasting people’s precious time.

Absolutely horrific experience. Do not go here if you can help it.1. They use unsanitary tape to stick your mask to your face and will refuse to see you without it. This is despite the fact that there is ZERO evidence showing that is an effective Covid prevention measure and this is NOT the standard in any other medical facility. I am a staunch mask wearer, but this is ridiculous, invasive, and has caused huge rashes on my face. They don't even require KN95 or surgical masks, cheap cloth masks are allowed, which means the tape is a completely useless and performance measure.2. Doctor is extremely cold. His patients are dealing with potentially devastating eye diseases and are facing blindness, and yet he will only give them 30 seconds of time and zero useful information other than See you in 6 months."3. There is no way to phone the clinic if you have questions or issues. How is this any way to run a business? Your patients need to contact you. Most of the patients are seniors who reply on using the phone.4. Parking is not free. Again

Had an appointment here on a Friday morning. The appointment time was scheduled for 9:30 and we arrived 15 minutes early as requested. Despite the place being extremely busy, appointment started right on time with the initial assessment/examination. Approximately 30 minutes later we were called in to see the doctor. We saw Dr. DeAngelis and he was professional and spent the necessary time with us. All in all the appointment ended up being just over an hour which is very reasonable, again given how busy it was.
