I did a strength class with Meg and loved it. She explained all movements to me and let me know what muscles were activated during each exercise. I am 62 years old and active. I really enjoyed the class! I have a few restrictions but with support from Meg I was able to do all movements.Meg is very knowledgeable as I had a few questions regarding tight calf muscles and she took the time to provide quite a few suggestions to help (going over and beyond what I was expecting). This class was fun and Meg was very welcoming.When I come back to Kingston I will do another drop in.Thank you Meagan McBride!!

I recently brought my 12 year old son to see Victoria for an assessment. WOW! I can not say just how thankful we are to have met her. She was so thorough with her assessment and while doing it, she ensured my son was able to relax and was completely comfortable.When we left the office, my son expressed to me how kind she was and how happy he was that she was ‘on his team’ and wanted to help him get better. I have seen several physiotherapist but never have I met one as amazing Victoria. I am so grateful! Thank you so much!

An excellent experience. My son's sports injury was assessed today. The physiotherapist (Zachary) was thorough, efficient and professional. Excellent diagnostic skills and approach. We received a rehabilitation regiment both 'in-session' and in written form in a follow-up email. I highly recommend this physiotherapy service provider.

Victoria's assessment of my TMJ issue was thorough and complete.Her listening skills are excellent and she cares a great deal about her patients and their difficulties. You can also tell she really likes her job, constantly researching and taking on interesting new possibilities. She has a dynamic personality and I look forward to seeing her again next week!

I saw Kara for undiagnosed hip pain. She gave me a very thorough assessment, identified the problem and provided excellent treatment. I left feeling so much better! She sent me an email with exercises to do at home right after the appointment. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and very knowledgeable physiotherapist.

I've been seeing Victoria for physiotherapy for years - she is so incredibly knowledgeable and competent and I would follow her anywhere! She joined Health in Focus on the east side earlier this year and I had my first visit there this week - easy to book, helpful follow-up reminders and they have direct billing at the time of payment as well, which was a new and wonderful experience! The clinic is bright and clean, wonderful new space!

Victoria sees the whole person and approaches healing from a truly holistic / cross-modality perspective with diligent follow-up and follow through. The time and care give to understand my circumstance and the degree of injury has translated into effective, targeted treatment that has helped me immeasurably. Wow, one visit, some manipulations, some exercises and my mobility has increased dramatically! We still are targeting specific areas to decrease pain. I would definitely recommend anyone with muscular or nerve issues to book an appointment with Victoria.
