We booked Northern Occasions for our wedding at the Best Western in North Bay. I have to say that Sharlene was amazing to work with and did exactly everything we wanted.Our reception looked fantastic and we were provided a bit of help by Sharlene and her family while setting up our own few decorations.If you are a future bride to be, I highly suggest having Northern Occasions decorate, takes off so much stress.Thank you so much!

We had some birthday balloons ordered for my Mother's birthday. One balloon started to deflate upon arrival to the party. We called to let them know. We went back to show them the balloon, it was a number 8. They gave us a new balloon free of charge. Great customer service. Thank you!

I placed a last minute balloon order for our son's birthday with Sharlene. She created a lovely balloon bouquet and delivered for free. Since we are in lockdown, having fun balloons added that extra touch to make our son's day special. Thank you so much, we had a very happy 3 year old!

We’ve never had a bad experience with Northern Occasions and we’ve used them on multiple occasions and they always go above and beyond. I will never use any other event planning service except Sharlene and Northern Occasions.
