Very disrespectful to the costumers. All of them have sever language barrier. You need to explain what you want so many times and still they don't understand and when you complain they get mad at you, roll eyes and start to talk to each other about you so loud and angry. Ok we don't understand your language but we are not stupid, it's not difficult to realize you are talking about your costumers very impolite.

When you find the right person, the results are great. I get SNS and it's never more than 1 hour. There is a lot of talking among themselves, but the results are usually very good.

Horrible costumer service. My friend had called to book manicures for both of us, she said three times over the phone with the lady that its two manicures for two people. Once we got there the lady said you only gave one name so your friend can't get her nails done". When my friend said that she mentioned three times that it was for two people

Never going back again.I asked her on the phone if she does eyebrow threading i travel all the way sit on the chair and she puts wax on my eyebrows! she left one eyebrow thicker and she got angry when i asked her to fix it. She nearly hit me!!! with door slamming and aggressively moving my head to fix" what she did Very bad attitude and costumer service and a very very bad eyebrow job."

Never going back there... disrespectful and told me they had no time for me it was 4h and they close at 5h just for a manicure.. there was only 2 persons in there....they always talk their language about you they are just annoying

I got my nails done here about 2 weeks ago and while I was getting my nails done I told the woman to file my nails to make them look more rectangular and more straight more on the sides, but she only filed my nails on one hand and not the other side. After that, I kept quiet because I'm not a confrontational person and I just thought I'd deal with it. During the process she was buffing the machine on my skin. She was very fast and rough and I ended up sore and my cuticles were left dry from all the scratching from the machine. During the gel application, she applied 2 coats on my right side and 3 coats on the left side. After that, when she applied cuticle oil, she put an excessive amount of it on my nails that it was dripping. When it was time to pay, i politely told the guy that I didn't like my nails and was wondering if they could possibly fix it, and he told me to come back the next day and he'd charge me 5$ less. I told him I thought that wasn't fair for me to pay 40$ + another 40$ minus the 5$ discount because I was unsatisfied. He told me it was my fault for not saying anything during the process, and i told him that I was too scared to stand up for myself. I told him it was unfair for my to pay 80$ in total for a refill and he was rude, leaving me on the side hanging while talking to other customers. I asked if he could possibly give me a discount because I was unsatisfied and he told me he couldn't do anything about it. I even asked for just 5 dollars off because I was about to get them fixed somewhere else and he refused to do that for me. I told him he gives horribles customer service. My hands were sore for 2 days and 5 days later, the gel started chipping because of the excessive layers of gel the woman put on my nails. On the picture with the green floor, I took that picture right after my appointment in the mall near maxi with the chairs, as u can see my cuticles are still dry from all the roughness of the machine (EVEN AFTER SHE APPLIED CUTICLE OIL). The second picture is 5 days later.

very bad experience, they left my nails with a piece of nail undone, and with nail polish all over my fingers, the person in charge said I have to wash my hands 10 times and the color will come off... I will never comback again....... :(

I usually go there, it's nearby affordable and fast. However with time, their service keeps deteriorating.
