Co-op Gas Bar

Love that Coop offers free air to fill tires. Huge shout out to the fellow that changed out the connection valve for me seeing the previous user had mangled it beyond use. It was a bit of a wait but worth it. I like using their car wash too but will never use their gas, my car doesn't like it, otherwise they'd get 5 stars.

The pump attendants are pretty quick, don't say much, rarely offer to clean your windshield. Store is clean, well stocked. Cashiers are not that friendly, not unusual to get one that is a bit unpleasant. Car wash is coin operated. Not a student friendly store.Update: Service was getting better, but it is really bad inside the store now. Cashiers just stand around doing nothing when there is a line of customers and are quite rude in some cases. And pump attendants are slow to serve you, taking their time with whatever they’re doing.

May 28th today I came in and the older male employee with long grey hair and a cap said regular fill". I said no

The assistant manager’s face would crack if she smiled, no pr at all, terrible customer service at all, we have been there many times and she is terrible. Then person at the icecream counter again no PR, looks as if she hates her job and doesn’t want to be there, needless to say we are done with the coop. Noooooo Thankyou. This happened for the last time Aug 24/2022 mid afternoon.

Today I went into this location at approximately 1345 hrs and pulled up to pump 7, the attendant was busy talking and laughing with a woman from the vehicle ahead of me, they were outside the vehicle at the front driver side corner and he was no longer pumping her gas, I had to wait for him to come and ask what I needed, and being so distracted with the woman and the conversation that wasn't anything close to car or store related, I know this since it was nice out and my window was down. I told him to fill regular by the time he opened the gas door he had already forgot what I wanted even after he repeated what I had asked for, while my gas was pumping he started another car and came back and stood by the pump that I was on, when the women was coming out he pretty much ran back to the front of her vehicle to continue talking with her. it was -2c and the roads were wet and he didn't even try and clean my windows because this woman was more important than the duties required for his job. I have now figured out why they sell memberships at co-op, it is to give you something back for the lousy way they treat customers, I am a member but after today it will take being desperate before I use this location or any co-op again.Member # 54782

Never going here again, do not appreciate being yelled at. I avoided co-op for months after an earlier incident and I’m barely back at this location and I’m yelled at because she thought I gave the wrong pump number.

Refused my gift card for the 3rd time and forced me to use another payment method rather than credit me. Pump 12 self serve will literally turn your skin black if your skin comes into contact with it. This has been brought up with management more than once and they haven't cleaned it. The old bald male employee seems to have a jealousy problem too. If I bring one of my sports cars to the car wash, he threatens to kick me out for exceeding my time limit every time. I have timed myself before even being the last one in and he will still try to kick me out every time. If I take my daily driver he doesn't even notice me. They also broke a gas cap cover on one of my vehicles, refused to review footage to prove it was their employee, and they filled my car with 90 dollars of gas when I asked for 20 and made me pay otherwise they would call the police. All true stories at this broken little gas station.

So I have had some rude service at this location but the last time was a little better. As she said have a nice day which was not what you normally find at this location. They in generally looking back over the last 10 visits have on average been under trained and lack basic customer service at the till not the gas attendants.. Maybe if you high older people this would help ones the remember good and friendly customer service ?In short other then my last trip when I was served by a young girl that was friendly I have been very disappointed and will not get gas here anymore only go for the car wash now but go other places first. My husband also got this bad treatment and did complain said they would revisit customer service but no follow up

You have a very loud outspoken employee who pumps gas here. He is an older male and he makes my wife very uncomfortable when we come here. We've actually been avoiding this location because of him in particular. He broke the plastic connecting piece that holds our twist off gas cap to the car and he slams it everytime to close it. He makes rude gestures implying that he deserves a tip for his job. He is getting paid an hourly wage, not working a trade or getting paid commission. He doesn't handle any cash. In a position like this that is pretty inappropriate.
