Best tiling store in Peterborough. Visited two other places, and when we walked in to Focus Flooring, Doug greeted us right away. He listened, was gentle and calm, and seemed excited about tiles. Store set us is really cool with old barn beams throughout. Loved the two large fish tanks that were at floor level for kids to look at. My favourite was the one under the cash register. For the dietre underpadding, Home Depot would only sell long sheets for $300. Doug generously cut a small piece to help us fill in the gap of what we were short. Above and beyond! We just did a 3 piece bath, and we'll be going back in October to do our two piece. No hesitation in recommending Doug and his team.

We have dealt with the team at Focus Flooring for both hardwood and stone and can't say enough good things about them. Their service is exceptional and they know their products inside out. Great communication, fantastic willingness to assist in sourcing out the perfect solution, and fair pricing. I dont know what more we could ask for. It's rare to find businesses in this day and age that deliver on what they commit to and having found one, we wouldn't go anywhere else. Highly recommend!

Had amazing dealings with Nicole!She was able to get us a special order tile in lightning speed. We were able to get it in under a week and installed it ourselves.We went back later to have an extra piece of our stair runner edge redone so we could use it in front of our laundry machines. We haven't been to pick it up due to COVID-19 but I know it's in very good hands!We will definitely be back for our other flooring needs in the future!!

I’m always so happy with my experience at Focus Flooring. Each time I look for tiles at this store I am met with Doug or his knowledgeable staff who ask questions and steer me in just the right direction. Most recently I was looking for tiles for a hearth and Doug found a huge tile that looks exactly like slate slab and the result is amazing and the price reasonable! This is my go to store - every time!

Doug was fantastic, he assisted our family with new flooring for our kitchen and 2 bathroom renovations. His keen eye for design and product selections were fantastic. My wife and I are forever grateful for the professional service, and great quality Urban Zebra tile we got from Focus Flooring. His product range was amazing! I fully recommend him and his store! Couldn't be happier! We get a tonne of compliments on our house now!

We purchased all of our tile and wood flooring from Doug. The tiler that we hired through our builder took several weeks just getting the underlayment down. I contacted Doug and he had one of his tilers come over and complete the project in a timely manner.

Super happy with how fast and the quality of floors that Focus Flooring provided with a very large facility I work for!

Tyler installed our basement flooring and did an amazing job.The time between ordering and delivery and install ws less than a week.Only challenge: showroom support needs some tweaking. Dedicated staff for showroom might be a good idea, so that admin/front desk and warehouse isn't being manned by Doug nor are admin people with minimal training) knowledge of product and install handling inquiries.But overall we would buy from there again, for sure!
