Kritter's Kountry Kennel

Carol was lovely and our dogs came back after a week in great shape. She has a good looking well maintained area for the dogs and was able to accomodate us at what we felt was a good rate. Carol clearly cares a lot for animals and we will be back in the future for our dog care needs.

after i picked up my dog, i noticed he lost weight around 10 pounds lost. few hours after i picked him up, my dog started hyperventilating and had to take him to the vet. i dont know how or why he lost weight but never again...

Excellent service. I drive from Cold Lake to Bonnyville for the kennel Very friendly dogs are well taken care of. I have 3 large dogs. Affordable kennelling.

Kritters did an absolutely amazing job on both my husky and basset. It's the best job I have seen on my husky.

Had our dogs in over the summer. Never had a problem, but this time dogs came home with fleas and skin issues. It took three months to clear up and a vet bill over $1000.Hesitant to take them back there.

5 years ago, my 3 yr old English Mastiff (who was in perfect health - have letter from vet to prove it) died in her care. When she called, she claimed he overheated and asked what I wanted done with his body. Our family is still devastated with Boomers loss and we have serious trust issues leaving our current dog with anyone. After 5 years - we are still furious over it. She did replace our dog and paid for his cremation as she was legally required to do and it struck odd me at the time that she new exactly what she was required to pay for. How often has this happened? The only animal I would bring here is one that needs to be euthanized and you don't want to pay a vet to do it.

2x dogs spent the night. Price was good.

Kind, clean, dogs were happy and no anxiety to returning.They were even adaptive to our being out of town a few days longer.
