This summer we decided to get our eavestroughs replaced as they were falling apart. We called a few places and Mike from Only Eavestroughs gave us the best price which included leaf guards.They came over and were done in half a days work. Everything looks great and well built. A few days later we had one of the biggest storms we have ever had here in London and we had no over flow or leaks which impressed me very much considering how much rain we had.The best part was how much above and beyond the boys went. While replacing the eavestroughs, they saw that one of the shingles next to the house exhaust was ripped and a large part was missing. They fixed and replaced the shingle for me which is great because I cannot get on the roof myself.

Mike and his team are one of the best in the business. Very professional and amazing communication. Workmanship is top quality and looks amazing. Although I had a similar experience at the beginning as some other reviewers have mentioned, once it came to the work, I was very impressed by Eli and his colleague. They completed the job in a very professional and timely manner. They worked hard, putting in long days with no/minimal breaks just to get it done. (It was a complete eavestrough, soffit, & fascia replacement so it was a big job!) I also appreciated the final walk-around by Mike to ensure everything was completed and the site was cleaned up. Overall, I'm quite happy with the job they did.

Whether by phone or online, any initial contact with Only Eavestroughs will result in a response from Mike O’Kane who owns the company and who derives pleasure from customer satisfaction. We required the complete removal and replacement of all eavestroughs and downspouts, and although it was clear that Mike knew how to handle any problem we pointed out, he was keen to know what we wanted and what sort of a solution we may have envisaged. The wide color range offered enabled us to keep the eavestroughs consistent with the exterior trim of the house and the downspouts blended with the bricks and siding. The seamless eavestroughs were made to measure onsite, and once the job was started, there was either a crew or a specialist here daily until the total job was completed. We had some difficult corners and a section where the eavestrough angles were other than the standard 90 or 45 degrees. Some of these problems required recall where the response was immediate and always amenable. – on one occasion, two crew members worked by spotlight on a snowy night. The final touches involved extensions to downspouts again, willingly done and with a final assurance to call if any problem should arise, thus adding two more very satisfied customers to Mike’s list.

I'm so happy with the new eavestroughs installed on my home. Great work by Michael and his team. My mother had a fascia ripped off by the wind and squirrels damaged the gutter. Michael came and assessed the damaged and sealed up and went above and beyond to make it all right. Even parts that weren’t gutter issues! I highly recommend them.

We lost some flashing of the house during a wind storm so we called Only Eavestroughs.They came out the same day to assess the damage and their crew was on site the next day to make the repairs. I would highly recommend Only Eavestroughs.
