We moved from Kenya to Canada and Armstrong made the stress of dealing with forwarders much less stressful and helped make the transition so much smoother. Tilly Tung has been great from the first moment I called her with questions on what needed to be done and she helped track my shipment over a period of 8 months, a challenging task during Covid She was never too busy to answer my calls and respond, always professional, always friendly. After receiving a recommendation from another happy client, my husband and I decided to use Armstrong Moving to move our personal household belongings from Victoria to Hawaii in September, 2022.From start to finish everything went as smoothly as possible with the help and guidance of Jamie Wong in the Vancouver office. I am sure we were a pain to deal with a good portion of the time but he never once made us feel like our questions were unreasonable. He was always available when we called and responded immediately to our emails.The company that received our goods in Hawaii were also professional and on-time with their delivery. The contents of the container were unpacked and everything looked exactly as it did before leaving Victoria.We were so happy with the move that we are hoping to use Armstong Moving again this month!

I recently used Armstrong Moving to pack and move my parents' estate items from Edmonton, Alberta to my brother's home in Australia. What I thought would be a daunting, complex challenge was made easy and seamless by Jamie Wong out of the Richmond, BC office. He was professional, friendly, and excellent to work with. He organized everything from contacting local movers, having special crates built, to dealing with Australian customs and regulations. Was in constant contact with Shannon who led me through each step of the process, checked in, informing me about the next stage, and then confirming after completion. She responded immediately to any questions I had. I found the drivers/movers to be great. Highly professional. Items arrived in great condition. Overall, a very good experience.

We moved from the UK to Canada during Covid with the help of Armstrong. To say that Jamie went an extra mile for us is way too understated and inaccurate. He went an extra light year for us! From selecting the local removal company partner to secure a date for the move, Jamie was more serious than us! We felt that he took the whole thing as if it was his own, and he couldn't be more responsible and helpful. He was always responsive even in the most inconvenient time of the day, and was always ready to answer any sort of questions from us. We moved with our dog, which made this whole move more complicated and full of anxieties. However, Jamie was always there to make sure that our dog's travel would be smooth and safe. He was in copy with each and every conversation we had with their pet relocation partner, and whenever he sensed that there might be a problem, he'd step in. Due to Covid, we had to quarantine for 14 days in Canada without seeing our dog. To ease our mind, Jamie travelled to the boarding kennel where our dog stayed every other day to check on her personally and to update us about her wellbeing with high resolution photos. We truely feel that Jamie is a friend rather than the coordinator of our case. We couldn't say enough thanks to him and Armstrong.On the day when we received the furniture, the crew helped us unpack everything and recorded every item that they believed was broken during the trip. We don't have anything missing, just one or two small items broken which, to be honest, were expected. After all, it was a super tedious trip. Still, Jamie and Danielle instructed us step by step to fill the claim form which was very straightforward to fill, and we got the refund confirmed the next following day! Seriously, what more can you expect from a relocation company?!So we are super confident to recommend Armstrong to anyone, especially if you are lucky enough to have Jamie as your case coordinator.
