Dixon commercial investigators

My complaints are the same as the other ones before me. They hound you to pay the $800. and call you and than as soon as you pay no one returns your calls or your emails . I have called probably 10 times to Jen and Victoria and no return calls. Not a good company to deal with.

Fraudulent company. The moment you contact them about an inquiry into their company they will actually hound you like a dog after a bone trying to get your business. The moment you hire them and pay them their service fees they disappear and then send you random invoices. They will then threaten you with legal action if you refuse to pay. You know…….the stuff they are supposed to be doing to your debtors. Well they do it to you. It’s a boiler room scam. Im considering flying down to meet with them at their office in Ontario and see if we can come to an agreement on return of my money.

Have paid them twice to try and collect some debt owed to me ! In over 5 years now they have managed to collect zero dollars on my behalf ! No follow up , no updates !Complete waste of money using this company to collect !

Dixon Commercial has a great sales team who sells you a dream. They take your sign up fee. After that it seems that they collect- as my clients have paid debts to them - HOWEVER Dixon Commercial never sends the collected funds back to us!!! Instead they send phantom invoices for us to pay them more!!! Stay far away

Bad business, guy by the name of Marcus has been told more then once he has the wrong number. He continues to leave rude and aggressive messages on a minors cell phone.When I finally called he claims he never called , till he hears himself on the voicemail.After telling him your calling a minor, and stop calling , he still calls !! This man needs to be charged with harassment charges!!When your told its the wrong number and you hear a young child on the voicemail...GET THE POINT AND STOP HARRASSING A CHILD !!

Horrible people to deal with, wow the way the representative called me and my staff vulgar names and threatened our lives if we didn't pay a debt that was not even anything to do with us .The one lady's name is Sam the manager "Lol she should be fired immediately in my opinion...horrible horrible way to represent a company lol dixon needs better employees or how about someone that is respectful over the phone and more professional maybe to say the least.Wow wow wow

Stephanie calle me at all hours of the nightvand day. It's as if she's obsessed with me. I have now reported her and will proceed against the agency legally. Our intention (others I have formed with ) is ro not sue but, have them shut down ,permanently!

Do not go with this collection agency.They lied. I paid $800.00 to join this credit collection service..I got duped within 5 years we’re being told to wait for the collection. Giving you false hopes. This should have been done within 2 years. I paid for nothing.Their contract says guaranteed results. They should been honest in the beginning they could not collect anything from this person that they try only to make phone calls only, they should have send this person to court.I dealt with collection agencies before I got sone good results within 2 years but that person (debt collector retired).They don’t know what they ‘re doing. They only promise without results.This company wants your money.I should have look their google reviews- very bad..Supposed to give them 0 stars.

Total waste of $800.00. DO NOT hire these people. I don't know what upsets me more, having to chase a client or being ripped off by Dixon Commercial. They'll promise you the world but that's the sales pitch to get your $800.00. They'll promise to send invoices with interest to the client (no need to do it yourself sir") but that never happened. Now they send me correspondence asking if I have more files to send to them. That won't happen. Stay away

These guys will collect more money from you as your client, than they will collect for you from your clients.Please stay FAR FAR away from them if you're a business looking to collect from debtors.
