All the staff are great and helpful. I really appreciate they take good care of my mother-in-law.

BEWARE! My grandmother had the misfortune of having to spent 2 months in this horrible mismanaged facility. She almost lost her life due to the NEGLIGENCE and the severely un-trained staff. The things that go on in this building are inhumane , and criminal. The nurse practitioner that oversees the residence is Rude, belittling, and extremely uninterested in medicine or anything pertaining to proper care. I have witnessed staff pick up dirty utensils off of the ground, and continue to use them with residents who cannot speak up for themselves. If you value your loved-one, or want them to have even the slightest bit of dignity , AVOID CARTIER HOUSE at all costs. No amount of work or time could ever even compare to the horrible treatment that your loved one will recieve here, it'll be easier to keep them at home.

Amidst the darkness of Covid-19, the pure flame of charity is still burning at Cartier House in every corner. My mother has been there for the last 15 months as her transitional home. And, under the wings of the angels, she has received the most needed love and care.I and my family members will always treasure the work of every staff and volunteers. In particular, I would like to single out several people who have close contact with me during this period. Mary Ann, knowledgeable in the nursing field, is very thorough and enthusiastic in carrying out her duties. John takes the routine of updating my mother's health and he leaves me no concern. Also, Bernadette and Loriselle have the great virtue of patience and tenderness in treating the elderly.Thank you" is the simplest way to show my appreciation towards Cartier House but my gratitude is beyond words.Nerrisa NG"

Recently my mom passed away, but before that she spent about 3 weeks at Cartier. Although it was a brief stay, my father and I are very appreciative of the loving and professional care she received. We also were made to feel welcome and cared for by all the staff we encountered, without exception. Thanks to everyone at Cartier for an experience that we will never forget, and know that you made a difference in our lives during such a difficult time. Thank you!

The staff there are amazing! Reception staff is quick and friendly to greet upon entry. Floor nurses are great. Admin staff are quickness respond to questions and concerns. Covid was hard but we all got through.

My mother-in-law is a new resident in Cartier House and we are so grateful for the care that she is receiving. The staff have been so kind and understanding which made the transition easy for her and for us. We truly feel comfortable with the entire setting! It’s easy to get questions answered by administration and staff....they care!

The staff here is awesome. The food mediocre. Zero accessibility for those in wheelchairs that may want to leave the residence. It is an ugly building on the side of a mountain. But the staff…amazing!

Cartier House is a great place for seniors. My 96 years old mother is very happy and well cared for by all the nursing and multidisciplinary staff. I really appreciate their dedication, patience and professionalism towards the residents and their families. I highly recommend this place for seniors.

My mother is a long time resident of this establishment. I am most impressed with the professionalism of the entire body of staff in every department, especially nursing and rehab., that’s because my sister and I have more opportunities to work with them. To be fair, right from the greeting at the front door( don’t know what department those pleasant and polite young ladies and gentlemen belong to) to office, housekeeping and dietary, I am most grateful of the standard they are able to maintain consistently, especially during these difficulty times of Covid. As a retired mental health case manager, I know when care is delivered from one’s heart or merely an afterthought in between paychecks.
