Poor customer service. I’ll be buying my housewares and decor elsewhere.I purchased items and paid with gift card and credit card. An item was no longer in stock and they returned the money to my gift card when it should be on my credit card forcing me to have to purchase from them again. I was told their policy is return when a gift card was used which I can understand but the rest of my items I purchased are still more than the value of the gift card, I paid the balance with credit and that should go back to credit if an item is out of stock.Also this is the second time an item has been out of stock even though it was clearly showing in stock. Very frustrating.

Never showed up in the store before the minute we walked in. We were greeted by this lovely, friendly lady named Robyn. The atmosphere was amazing. So welcoming. They're just so many things we wanted to get but we ended up leaving with a baby book. You guys have to just come check out this place wherever you are show up to the spot. It's in Markville mall. It is what it is. Take the time go inside. You you won't regret it. Again, shout out to Robyn!!!

Non-existent customer service and overpriced low quality items.I bought two sets of dishes, one set arrived with a broken bowl and no one will answer me via email or telephone. I tried to leave a true review of the dishes on the actual item on their page and found out they filter the reviews only showing the good ones!! The dishes were low quality and not worth the price point at all (uneven surfaces making the plates wobbly on a flat surface and glaze drips all over the bowls).Save your money and buy from a company with integrity and honesty. Wyrth is not it.

I went in the store for the first time on on Thursday evening. I was served by a lady who looked like the manager. She was very helpful to help me select some home decor’s for my home. She knew the inventory quite well very very helpful. I would return there to shop again and again. Give them a try I think you’ll be very surprised about their product and service

Very friendly as soon as I walked in. Lady with the stylish glasses me know of the sale that I almost passed and couldn’t miss. She made me feel like I was meant to be there to find exactly what I needed for a friends gift!

Not only are their pieces and collections unique and well priced but the service is beyond exceptional. Gina was extremely welcoming and kind throughout our visit :)

Grossly overpriced & terrible customer service.Purchased $1,000 of housewares. The following week everything was on sale for 20% off. Sales rep (Jennifer) told me they would credit me the 20% and this could be done with just the receipt, but a manager was required. There was no manager in the store when I was there. Called the following week. Manager (Stella) said I could do the refund over the phone. Called her back 30 minutes later with my Visa and she told me I had to come to the store with all the merchandise. If I purchased one or two items I probably would have drove back to the store, but to bring 30 items back which are spread out throughout my house, not happening.This company does not understand customer service, nor do they seem to care or want to learn.
