It was my life’s goal to own a Rolex and finally I now have the means to actually make a purchase. I stopped by the store after reading all the great reviews on Google. There I met Kelly for my consultation. She was so kind and detailed when providing suggestions on what kind of models of the watches would suit me. After the consultation, I decided on two different models that I really liked and Kelly said she would contact me if they receive the watches I wanted.Then the waiting game began. People around me told me it would be impossible to purchase a Rolex if I didn’t have any previous purchase history, but they were wrong. I waited approximately a month and during that time, I even stopped by the store a few times. Even the receptionist and security guard was very kind and even remembered me. Also during that time, Kelly had offered other pieces that came in but they were not my type. I decided to trust the process and continued to wait until the one I wanted came in. Finally, the day arrived! Kelly called me to tell me the watch I wanted came in and asked if I can come by the store. I literally was at work but left immediately (lol). My dream finally came true and I was able to purchase the watch. Thank you to Kelly and La Difference for helping and guiding me through this experience. I will definitely go back next time so I can purchase a watch for my wife. Highly recommend to visit this store. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish.

The wait is finally over. Finally got my 1st Rolex and La Difference made it happen. The wait might have been long but now I feel it was well worth it. I need to especially thank Phil “sales associate” for making my dream come true. Phil and I never had the chance to meet in person prior to the purchase and we have only communicated through text message. At some point I almost gave up because the wait was just so long and I know for me to get the watch I wanted was almost impossible because of the demand for it. As time went by I last told Phil that I was getting married this year and it would be a dream for me to wear that watch I always wanted on my big day. Then as we speak I got the magic call from the gene himself “Phil” letting me know my wait is finally over and he has offered me the watch I have always wanted!!. That feeling of getting a call from your AD will be the most memorable moment I will remember. This watch will be passed down to the next generation. Phil I want to thank you and I hope you see this. It’s my appreciation to you.

This boutique is amazing and fantastic. Jennifer took good care of us and explained about the Rolex really well. I was about to give up Rolex since I’ve been waiting for this specific watch for about 3years. But luckily I was able to get it.Jennifer welcomed us really well and meticulously answered questions we had in detail. I’ve been a long time customer of La Difference and always had a great experiences. In recent years the Rolex buying dynamic has changed which has been very difficult for AD owners. I understand this isn’t a choice by the local dealer but the reality of market conditions (low supply, high demand). La Difference and Grace have been very transparent about the market conditions, and the buying situation - the fact that pieces are generally available in a first come first serve basis.I’ve had great experiences with Grace who’s sold me a few pieces, most recently as a result of dropping by the store and a piece being available. Grace was very patient in explaining to me the piece, and helping me decide - she provides great advice and service.The whole La Difference team is amazing, from the front desk, security, through to the sales advisor and owner. Thank you for the great purchasing experience.I do hope, for those reading this review and others shopping for Rolex’s the market conditions improve and more pieces are available for sale.

I want to take the opportunity to commend La Difference, in particular Jennifer for the extreme professional and personable experience that I have received when visiting the boutique.I initially visited La Difference in hopes to purchase specific configurations of either the GMT Master II, Explorer II or the Sky-Dweller; as we all know, obtaining these models or a Rolex are incredibly hard these days.The models I am looking for were not available at the time, however, I managed to purchase myself a Tudor Black Bay Pro which I was ecstatic about and brings me joy.Jennifer assisted me throughout my consultation and I was very comfortable at the boutique. The conversations and interaction we had were genuine and I provided my interests and aspects of my life where Jennifer was able to tailor towards my needs.Jennifer is very knowledgeable when asked about information of particular models and configuration. She was also very meticulous when it comes to ensuring that I leave the boutique happy; the bracelet was adjusted to my preference where the fit was different from my usual wrist placement.I am looking forward to my next visit to obtain a Rolex, friendly associates and it's store layout has made La Difference stand out from other jewelers and motivates me to recommend to family and friends as it did with me through a friend.

My experiences shopping at La Difference with Grace is always above and beyond my expectations. She's very knowledgeable on all models and patient with all questions that I have and I would highly recommend people to ask specifically for her. Her hospitality is top notch and made sure that I was comfortable with everything before I left the store. She even followed up with me a few days after to ensure I was happy with my purchase. My fiance and I had booked an appointment at La Difference on Saturday May 20th. We didnt put much hopes as we were told by friends that it is extremely difficult to get a rolex watch from AD these days. We were seated with Grace and had told her we wanted a watch before our wedding. She was extremely knowledgeable in our needs and helped us choose the watch we are in love with!
