Amenities are good: One gym is in the building and another gym and indoor pool are shared in the hotel.Location is great. Management here is okay. I don’t see issues for elevators often. Only one complaint is some constructions around.

Building is pretty good. Elevators work better than most people give credit for. Never have waited longer than 3 mins.

If you live in this building, be prepared to wait 30mins in a congested lobby for elevator. It has been one year, and so far no improvement has been done by the management. The highrise has ~50 floors, engineered to have 4 elevators. However, two of them are constantly out-of-service. If someone booked the service elevator, there would only be ONE elevator serving all 50 floors. The lobby gets congested and is definitely a high-risk area to stay during this covid time. People get desperate after waiting for 30mins, and they will cram into the only working elevator when it arrives. Also is somewhere you don't want to be during covid time. The sheer number of people in the elevator means it will take very long time to finish one round trip and it is really frustrating experience to watch the elevator stopping at every floor in the crowd.

Currently Renting 3 bedroom 2 bathroom in 125 BJW:Cons: Moved in last August, and the building deficiencies have been ongoing for more than a year. For owners who pay a substantial amount for amenities its pretty unacceptable that we still don't have access to anything nor are they even complete. The pool has been filled but we aren't allowed to access it because it belongs to the hotel, yet we're the ones paying for it? Furthermore, they have some agreement with Provident as a utilities provider and they will rob you blind. Be prepared to pay minimum 120/month for a 2 bedroom. We average 150-170/month, even when we manage our use very conservatively. Elevators are a nightmare, air quality is horrific. You can tell the building was made so cheaply, low quality dry wall, linoleum, and kitchen panels. The tiniest fridge in the world, holds next to nothing. As for construction, we live high up so the construction hasn't been too bad but there are two building going up, one to the south and another to the east so I imagine the lower floors are not enjoying themselves. Once those buildings open up I also imagine the congestion will be unbearable. Additionally for those moving, 115 Blue Jays way doesn't have a loading dock so you have to move everything through the lobby. Absolute disaster.Pros: Great location and for our unit we have a decent amount of space at a reasonable price with a parking unit.Overall, if you only care about a prime location then you should consider renting here. Otherwise avoid.
