I started my rite bite journey before the pandemic so my treatment plan took longer than anticipated but the Orothdontist and staff at rite bite were willing to work with me to get things back on track. Dr. Waseem Kassas was great and handled most of my appointments.

They won’t even reply to my email regarding the information I needed.Update: they booked an appointment to resolve my issue.Thank you Ritebite team.Latest update: today on may 24th, 2023 . I have my appointment at Kitchener clinic and they refused to fix the problem.
