Was greatly disappointed by the service we received.We were over charged for drinks, recieved watered down drinks, the one particular bartender was so rude and was very slow at returning our change.....like a game, perhaps she was hoping we would just walk away?? Perhaps a refresher course in customer service is what you need! Maybe update your smart serve as well!

Breakfast is delicious here! We arrived around 10am and had no wait. One of the owner's, Suzy, waited on us and was absolutely amazing! I would have given 5 stars but I have to admit that I'm a coffee snob & like high end coffee.

Terrible experience unfortunately. Had a reservation and Took 1 hr for drink orders..took another hour for those drinks to be delivered to the table. We were there 3.5hrs before food was delivered, decided to have takeout. Food was sub-par and overcooked. Staff were very friendly, just not able to provide a great atmosphere despite not being that busy. Feel like this restaurant could be great but not recommending if last night was to be repeated again.

It was ok. It was a long drive for us to get to Sauble. By the time we got there we just needed to eat. We both got the burger, which was pretty good, it was a homemade burger which makes it better than most. I had the fries and gravy, my husband had the onion rings. He wasn't crazy about the batter on them. The gravy wasn't as good as I hoped for. But, I finished everything on my plate, so it really wasn't too bad.

Disaster. Terrible food. Long wait. Empty glasses. Forgot my whole meal. Literally…I left without eating.Drive to the next town for a meal. It’s only 15-20 min away.

The place was empty and yet the food took 1 hour to arrive. The service was genuinely bad and the food was very below average. Each part of the food looked and tasted like it was defrosted from the freezer 10 minutes before it came out. The drinks were watered down and horrible.

Frozen grocery store veggtables over cooked... That's excusable for lazy trash parents but not for a $20 fish special. The owner seemed to want to say no" rather than yes to his customers' easy requests. Odd for an empty restaurant. The server was nice though."

Server was friendly but not so good at his job. Food was meh but slow and the order was wrong. Took one hour to get our food and it was busy when we came in but half empty by the time we ate. We were charged too much for poutine and they forgot an order of sweet potato fries. When it came, we noticed a large discrepancy between the quality of the two orders as shown in the photo. Honestly, we won’t go back.

Attended a 90th Birthday celebration for a dear friend and it was very nice. Handicap ramp was icy and nothing was done to make it any better during my visit.
