Lines are much shorter scince Starbucks opened across the street. I much prefer second cup coffee as well. Free WiFi. Good and fast service.

Wife waited 10 minutes for her hot chocolate and just when one hot chocolate was ready it was for someone else and the waitress told her it wasn't her problem since it wasn't her that served my wife. Terrible customer service. Should at least apologize.
