Shop looks clean and Staffs seemed friendly.I would say that was about it. I chose this shop to install aftermarket grille and side skirt based on high google rating and was looking forward to experience it.Unfortunately, i couldn’t agree with it base on my overall experience.The sales rep advised me that the fitment of the grille I purchased didn’t fit. I took his words for it and agree to pay for $317 for the labour thinking it was my own mistake. I followed up with the company where I purchased the parts from and they guaranteed that it’s retro fit without modification required and never had anyone bringing the part back base on over 500 buyers’ reviews. So I took another chance and found another auto body shop for installation. Fortunately, it was exactly as suggested that my grille was installed without modification in 2 hours.Gratefully, Performanceone manager Mike was able to refund the charge within 30 mins after our conversation and offered an apology on the inconvenience caused.Personally, I would not go back to the shop again base on my own experience, but I would still recommend this shop and give a rating of 2 instead of 1 base on Mike’s speedy response and resolution.Again, it’s just my own experience and I am sure others were fantastic.

Fantastic workshop for after market upgrades at a reasonably price. Love the clean open garage environment. Mike was awesome to chat with, and provided a lot of good tips. They do ceramic coating and and all sorts of upgrades. Def check these guys out if you want to upgrade your car.

Brought my car in the other day and was blown away by the fantastic service. From the second I walked in the door to the moment I walked out. Performance One is the best place I have ever taken my car to for any service or aftermarket installation. Every one who works there, and I mean EVERYONE was extremely friendly and professional. I was given the opportunity to meet with the technician who would be performing the work on my car. The technician was very professional and knowledgeable. I don't let just anyone work on my car. The work was completed efficiently, professionally, and with great care for my car. One thing is for sure, when my warranty is up (which is soon) I will be taking my car back to Performance One instead of the Ford dealership. Service is friendlier and their labour rates are very reasonable for the professional service you receive. I am a return customer for sure!! Keep up the excellent work Performance One and I will see you again.

After two visits to Performance One I think I owe these guys a minute of my time to write this, so here it goes:I had my car serviced by their team twice and each time they absolutely exceeded my expectations.Their knowledge and expertise is very apparent , but more importantly they are car enthusiasts and obviously love what they do.I had some BMW performance parts installed by one of their techs as well a routine maintenance and fluid changes were done during each visit. The work was of highest quality, only genuine BMW materials/parts/supplies were used and both times my car was on (and off) the lift at the exact time promised.Final bills were as quoted (actually a bit less!!!) and I was out of there ahead of schedule on both occasions.Excellent service, extremely competitive rates and in-depth technical expertise are how I would describe their shop. There is a reason I come to their Richmond location all the way from Langley just to get an oil change.And if you are a car guy like me, it's just all-around nice place to leave your car at and hang around while you wait.Cannot recommend it enough. I'd give them 6 stars if I could, seriously.

I had a great experience with this shop, Went in for coil over kit with air cups and a full bushing install.Although the air cups were faulty from car ID, Mike helped me with a full reimbursement. Without his help I wouldn’t have had that option and would be out a lot of money.The rest of parts where installed flawlessly and I couldn’t be happier.Top notch shop with great employees!

Had my dad’s old vette that had not been running in 8 years towed to this shop. Mike was exceptional. Constant transparent communication and helpful practical suggestions on how to do things properly. In the end, the bill was very reasonable. I just wish he was closer to me!

I just wanted to share my positive experience at Performance One today December 11,2020. I brought my 2020 m340i in and had a AWE exhaust installed today. I was met by the manager Mike who was polite and professional. The install was quick and was undated on its progress. I initially ordered my exhaust through them by Louis who was extremely quick at answering my questions. Needless to say but the install went perfect with no issues. I will 100% be coming back for all my automotive needs!! I'm so happy I found this place. Oh and I ordered spacers which will be going in soon along with a new spoiler. The shop was neat and tidy, not like other places I've seen. Lastly Mike again was awesome to deal with and was honest answering all my questions and did not feel rushed. Thanks Mike, Louis and the technician that did the install, car sounds great!!Craig

After reading the reviews, I decided to bring my vehicle for an oil change and alignment. The price was reasonable and it was cheaper than the BMW dealer. Service was polite and prompt. I was updated by the service advisor Louis, who responds quickly. Would recommend coming here for servicing your vehicle.

First experience with them was great. Had them install a new intercooler in my BMW today and diagnose issues with a cold air intake I had put in earlier. Super knowledgeable and friendly staff. Louis was awesome to deal with, and the shop is really tidy as well.
