Mike Basham in Tech Support is an All-Star! I was struggling with an Aquabrass bathroom faucet repair. He provided me with replacement parts and walked me through troubleshooting and installation steps. He was patient and precise in his explanations. I couldn't be more pleased with his service.

I had a problem with an Aquabrass shower faucet and went to ad-waters for a warranty claim. Service was excellent, no disputing or questioning my claim, the part was sent out right after the holidays. Carmine was very helpful in getting me the part. Great service from this company.

I am extremely satisfied with the customer service provided by AD Waters.I had a slow leak from the temperature regulation dial located in my bath/shower. The dial was distributed by AD Waters and is about 8 years. I contacted AD Waters by email to explain the situation. Their customer service representative Mike was exceptionally helpful. Despite the fact I had absolutely no documentation about their product, Mike was gracious enough to send me both a thermostatic cartridge and two check valves free of charge (they didn’t even charge me for courier shipping ). I had the plumber in today and he replaced the necessary parts and the leak has now been eliminated.Bottom line: the customer service at AD Waters is outstanding.

The AD Waters Customer Services Team is super! We had a temperature control issue for our Aquabrass Shower, after submitted an online request with product picture, AD team Carmine’s email arrived the next day, the parts were on the way with no charge. Today I reached out to the team again for another part as suggested by our plumber, 2nd time in a row, the response was received from Carmine right away, that’s what we called “Outstanding Customer Services”, so impressed! Thank you very much again AD Waters Team!

Great customer care. Mike was extremely helpful and professional. Was looking to get my faucet cartridge replaced and he was able to help identify the model of my faucet even though I was unable to provide the exact model number.

The shower faucet volume control cartridges for my Cabano shower system,arrived right on time as promised by Mike, their customer service representative. Both were free and shipped no charge. I installed one this afternoon and the leak from the shower head disappeared. I was very impressed with the ordering experience and the fast response, Mike was very helpful and knowledgeable. I will definitely use AD Waters again for my plumbing needs.

The customer service provided by Carmine Garizzi at AD Waters was truly exceptional and so very much appreciated! I had completed a Support Request Form on the AD Waters website as my Aquabrass Shower thermostatic valve was not maintaining the set temperature. The Shower Kit was purchased in 2012. The very next day, I received a response from Carmine advising that he would be sending me a replacement valve cartridge at no charge! I also told him about another Aquabrass Shower Kit (purchased in 2007) that we had in our basement washroom that was experiencing the same problem, but unfortunately, I was unable to locate my receipt. Carmine instructed me to complete a separate Support Request Form, and to put his name on it and send him photos, which I did. He then immediately responded advising that he would be sending me a replacement cartridge for that one as well. Talk about standing behind your product and outstanding customer service. Thank you Carmine and AD Waters for such amazing customer service :)
