Brittney and Tom were very professional. They approved my loan very quickly despite having low credit and despite me being fairly new on my job. One major downside is the interest rates are crazy high, in total I’ll be paying back more than 3x that I’ve borrowed.

A most incredible experience!Filled out an online application on a Sunday, received a professional call back from Tom Monday morning, before they officially opened at 10am.Tom treated me like an individual customer with needs. He reviewed my concerns and offered me a tailored solution to my borrowing needs. I'm still amazed on how quick and simple the process was.When I deal with my bank, I have to explain why I don't need to borrow money in order to borrow money. Their process is long and follows with a firm no. Tom @ Easy Financial under promised and over delivered. Fast phone interview, approved then said the funds would be available in the afternoon, had them in 90 minutesTom's option may be a slightly more expensive, but the service will be worth it in the long run. My bank makes me feel guilty when I try to ask for money. Analogous to asking my parents when I was a child.Tom @ Easy Financial simply said, Do you have a few minutes to talk

Gagan and Herman were fantastic to deal with and so easy to talk to. Everything was explained to me step by step and I walked out feeling great!

Everything was fine until Tom began his lies and unfulfilled promises. When confronted about this he back peddles and tries to manipulate his way out of a situation. He is combative, rude, and needs serious coaching on basic customer service. I was willing to work with the manager and was only supposed to be dealing with her. When calling to speak with her , Tom answers, says she's in a meeting , I ask a time frame on when I can call back, now he says she's out all week. There are better ways to handle calls and at this point I am done with easy financial.Not to mention that Tom signed up some insurance on my loan that I specifically asked not to have, his response, just sign and we can remove it later, it doesn't get removed and I have to go in , in person and do it myself

Unable to give half a star for poor performance, poor communication and overall horrible customer service, I will never be going here again for a loan again. Told me one amount and the next thing I knew they had cut it in half with no explanation and trying to push it through without confirmation while jacking up the interest rate from what had been previously been agreed upon. Do not give these people your business or hard earned money at this location. They are shady,sub par and the most difficult office to get anyone on the phone to answer questions. You will be a Very unsatisfied and disappointed customer going to this location with current employees. I’ve made contact with Tom before and he was terrific, I can’t say the same for heena or manager Brittany at this location. I would try anywhere’s else but this branch. Expecting to be treated like a customer not a nuisance and without communication.

I had a great experience with easyfinancial, it’s easyfinancial for a reason, Ashima was great to deal with, fast and efficient, I would highly recommend easyfinancial and ask for ashima.

The lady that helped me today was amazing and went above and beyond today to be able to help me out. I can’t remember her name for the life of me now… she was by herself with back to back appointments and made time to be able to do what she did for me. Thank you so much.

Wonderful! Brittany was so amazing. She really helped with a financial situation I was having. She helped every way possible. So friendly so nice! Every time I call I get a great person. Love their customer service. They are always willing to help.
